Perfect service! I was delighted to see the couch that matched what I have been looking for in such a lovely country house setting! Really helpful and informative staff!

Really great experience at Oka Knutsford, delighted with our purchase! Laura made the whole visit a pleasure and was super knowledgeable and accommodating (and patient) helping us decide on pictures and lamps for our fireside alcoves. Beautiful with lovely staff. We will be back.

I haven't been in OKA for quite some time and found the layout not nearly as pleasing Those fabrics look awful and no shelves with attractive gift alternatives
Also staff not very warm and welcoming as previously Perhsps having a bad day !!

The customer service in Oka store in Knutsford is excellent. Every effort is made to ensure customer satisfaction. Staff are welcoming and friendly. I found their expert advice very helpful in making my final choice.

Item badly packaged - arrived damaged and wet. Poor followup by Knutsford staff. Told to return the item myself. Knutsford staff should have training from May - manager of Redbrick.

It's a wonderful experience simply walking into an OKA store. You step into a world of luxury and relaxation. The furniture, the lamps, the cushions, rugs, throws, tableware - simply everything! - are superb. If my home was big enough, I'd buy everything! But most of all, the amazing staff. So helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Who trains these people? It most stores today it seems that customers are almost seen an inconvenience. But when you walk into a OKA store, the staff treat you like a visiting guest for the weekend. I can't wait for my next visit.

You provide quality products abd I love the experience when I visit the Knutsford shop . Helpful staff and they don’t look down on people just because they look different .

I went to collect a vase I had ordered a while ago. The Manager was very helpful and friendly. I would always visit the Knutsford store.

In the past I have found certain OKA stores awful to deal with, however my views have changed since I have been dealing with the Knutsford Store.

On phoning the store today, Magda was approachable, kind, friendly and extremely helpful.

I ordered a few sale items that were out of stock online, and Magda went out of her way to get them to me quickly and in perfect condition.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Knutsford store if you are looking to receive a top notch service.

I was greeted with curtesy and friendliness.
The assistant took the trouble to answere all my questions and to enable a further purchase in future.
