Excellent customer service from the Tunbridge Wells store. I called to enquire about some lamps which were out of stock online. These were sourced in store and I was able to purchase them over the phone to collect later. Polite, prompt service throughout, as always in this store, where staff go the extra mile to be helpful.

Delivery was very slow (took 5 weeks to ship the table which was in stock to jersey) but when arrived I was thrilled with it, so worth the wait!

I had a fantastic experience at OKA in Tunbridge Wells yesterday thanks to two amazing shop assistants, Chris and Suzanne. I was feeling completely stuck and overwhelmed about how to dress my sofa and sitting room. After showing them a few pictures, they took the time to understand my style and gave me loads of helpful suggestions and creative ideas. They demonstrated different combinations and really opened my eyes to new possibilities I hadn’t considered. Their knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable and inspiring. Highly recommend!
