Paid for next working day delivery, ordered Friday, came Tuesday. The narrow stair gate we ordered isn’t very safe at all. Doesn’t lock properly. Take a while to get it to latch and stay. Little one managed to pull it open whilst standing against it as the latch isn’t safe at all. We ordered the Callowesse Kuvasz Narrow Stair Gate. Would not recommend.

This is my second purchase from this company and it was no different to my last purchase back in January 2023, I found the service provided was excellent in every way, from placing the order on their website at midday on Wednesday through to the delivery which arrived at midday on Friday. IBaby gate is good quality & fits perfectly. Ordered for narrow baby room door. Delivered quickly with no issues & really good price. Easy to install & can lock it open or swings shut behind you. The lock is a dual mechanism so squeeze underneath as you push button on top which is really good but if you have a smarty pants child i suppose its not very difficult to do as it doesnt take alot of strength to do if your child figures it out.

First time I have used Oliver’s BabyCare and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
Thought I would try and use a localish business instead of Amazon etc. who were actually dearer and chose to collect from their lovely store north of Peterborough.

Exceptional service; friendly team; prompt delivery. Excellent. I purchased a stairgate which I have yet to fit but this was the only retailer I found who could accommodate a stairgate for a narrow opening. Would highly recommend-professional service.

Items never arrived, and the handling of the issue has been extremely disappointing. When I contacted the company, I was told to report it to the police—who confirmed it was not something they could assist with. The delivery company then claimed the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour who does not exist, and despite this clear inconsistency, the seller stated they were unable to help any further.

The situation feels highly unreliable and raises serious concerns. I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more established and reputable retailer. Fortunately, I paid by credit card and should be able to recover the funds, but this has been a very poor experience that calls the legitimacy of the business into question.

In response to their latest reply, they continue to provide false information, which is quite embarrassing for them at this point. The item was not delivered to the correct address and was allegedly handed to a person who does not exist.

The company repeatedly tries to fob customers off, either telling you to contact the police or the courier, despite this being their legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are not following the legislation and are demonstrating clear misconduct in their business practices.

I will be reporting this matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and strongly advise all people to avoid this company, I recommend reading other Google reviews as this seems to be a fairly regular occurrence with their customer support being arrogant and trying to push off any responsibility.

If anything goes wrong with your order, this company will not help in anyway, and instead lie about parcels being signed, delivered to the correct address and deflect any responsibility. Save yourself the headache and go to a legitimate company

I purchased a car seat, it did not arrive. I emailed and was offered the car seat in a different colour. This was then dispatched immediately.
The staff were so helpful and supportive. Outstanding service, with a speedy response. Thank you Emma 😊

Easy ordering and price was reduced compared to when I ordered one for my older grandson. Arrived very quickly and was kept informed. Hope it’s as good as the previous one.

Ordered items on 15.11.25, these were dispatched on 17.11.25 and were due for delivery by FedEx on 18.11.25, it is now 02.12.25 and I have still not received my order, apparently due to delivery delays with FedEx. I have now requested that FedEx return these items to Oliver’s and I have requested that my order is cancelled and a full refund issued. Despite my rights as a consumer, Oliver’s is refusing to refund me my money until the goods are returned to them! An issue between this company and their chosen courier has now become my problem! Not on!

The initial purchase experience was outstanding: the price was very competitive, ordering was easy, and the delivery was fast and reliable. This part of the service was truly 5-star. However, when I needed to process a return, I found the system to be less intuitive and slightly more complicated than expected. It required more effort than the smooth process I've experienced with other major retailers. While the slight price saving here is tempting, for future purchases, I would consider using Amazon, even at a fractionally higher cost, due to their consistently straightforward and guaranteed hassle-free returns. Simplifying the return procedure would make the overall customer experience excellent.

Excellent service from beginning to end. My initial phone call enquiring about a travel system was handled quickly, efficiently and knowledgeably. The subsequent order was delivered in one working day with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend Olivers BabyCare to others or make further worry free purchases.
