Started off really well this company bought 2 of these previously to keep my non verbal autistic toddler safe outstanding but of kit so when needed another without hesitation returned however big mistake sent one faulty was told straightaway apologies will send another just get rid of the other one to which we duly did to receive the replacement and yep faulty by broken parts wa told to return and wait for it buyers you have to pay for the return to the sum of 20 quid due to wanting it tracked and the weight of it to which olivers baby refused to sort a refund calling us a liar and saying its not the same one and we have to also bear the cost of return do down to the tube of shy 100.00
I thought these were a great company at the start but to take advantage of a disabled family and also make the customer pay for a return at most if they do pay it will only be to the tune of 4.99 please read the small print and buy with caution we are now in the process of trading standards for selling an item not fit for purpose and also not up to safety for a disabled child
Clearpay are also looking into this and investigating
So again buyers be cautious of dealing with this company oh another small print is when returning item they want it in original packaging so they can resell it regardless if your returning faulty we do have this in an email

This company is absolutely fantastic. I ordered the wrong item online,so I contacted the company by phone and explained what I had done. The lady on the phone immediately rectified my order and ordered the item I needed. The call was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and use the company again if I need certain item's. Thank you for your time and help

Good customer service, very helpful. They contacted me to inform me that the playpen was on back order and offered me to chose another one, but I decided to wait. The play pen was delivered after a month. I don't regret waiting.

I had an issue with my delivery, through no fault of Oliver’s Baby Care, but Abi in customer services was amazing and rectified the situation quickly. She was really attentive and ensured the issue was resolved and kept in great communication with me throughout.

I ordered 2 babygates, I had an email saying fed ex had successfully delivered my parcel and on the email showed a cardboard box at the front of my property, on a main road, in clear view of anyone walking or driving past. Unfortunately my parcel wasn't there and it had probably been stolen. I contacted Olivers Baby Care, they stated that this problem was with Fed ex not them and I should contact fed ex. I contacted fed ex, they said it was Olivers Baby Care s fault as they do not specify that any deliveries from them are only to be delivered to a person or a neighbour. I went back to and fro to both companies numerous times between fed ex and them. I had to keep chasing Olivers Baby world as a few times they didn't acknowledge my emails. I eventually got a refund back from them but this was harder work than needed. The point is, regardless of who's fault it is that my parcel was dumped in a silly place and stolen, it certainly isn't the customers fault but I feel Care didn't want to know. Why they couldn't have communicated with the delivery company (like other company's would) themselves instead of having me argue with them is beyond me. They also have an obligation to gwt the item to me. The time taken from the delivery of the baby gates to actually getting a refund was almost 4 weeks.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired for, communication skills are very poor. I feel this situation could have been handled so much better.

Bought to protect our little one not from the 1950s stylised tiled raised lip on the fireplace as she’s learning to walk. It’s significantly raised from the floor and it would be lethal if she tripped near it, over it, or just lost her balance. This also means the guard had to have smooth edges on all wires and we weren’t disappointed- there are many of these extendable fireguards out there, but often reviewed said edges were sharp and not smoothly finished. This cost a little more but we’re very satisfied that we haven’t traded a trip hazard for a cuts/slices hazard. I’d definitely recommend and would 100% buy again.

Not only was the car seat a good price I also got a great discount as well as free postage. Even though it was just before Christmas when I placed the order, it arrived the next working day. Great service and great company

I recently bought a Nuna Isofix car base from Olivers Babycare, but the item arrived with the packaging already opened and the safety seal broken. While Olivers confirmed they had opened the package before shipping, they refused to offer an exchange unless I paid for return shipping. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the safety seal is crucial for ensuring the product's integrity. Given the importance of safety for such an item, it is appalling that I was expected to cover the cost of replacing a product that was already compromised. The customer service was disappointing, and I would not recommend this company.

I unfortunately had to return my item as it didn’t suit my comfort, and the return process was so easy - they arranged a return collection for the next working day. Very happy with their service.
