Service with updates on delivery

The learning tower is great and arrived quickly. It wasn't made clear when buying the product that it was flat-pack and construction would be needed however and the instructions were very poor. In fact there were no words at all in the video or the pictorial "instructions".

I ordered the product on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday. They were the only retailer out of about 10 that had the product in stock. I would definitely shop there again.

Stairgate perfect fit thank you & excellent service

I’m not sure what I was expecting for the price but the box had already been opened when it arrived but everything was in the box. The instructions and video were slightly different.
My reason for only 3 stars is when trying to fold it down it doesn’t move smoothly and the wood has already started to crack as the frame is too tight. I’ve loosened it but as it’s for my little one I don’t want it to be unsafe and loose. This is a real shame as this is why I picked this one as I wanted to be able to fold down but I don’t know how long it’s going to last without completely cracking.

Bought for my son and his partner. Just what my son's partner wanted for their first baby due in 2025. Which? recommended the pram/buggy/car seat. Excellent quality and can be used up to 22kg/ 4years old. Folds up so good for living in a flat, although perhaps bigger than expected from photo. I ordered for them on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent value and price. My son's partner will be completing the guarantee.

Service was great but unfortunately the goods didn't meet my expectations!

I had bought a 3 in 1 travel system of which the product itself was amazing, however, I needed these items shipped to Northern Ireland. This I understood there would be an additional charge but was never shown to the webpage until I got to the checkout. This charge was £50 so I accepted this as it was supposed to be next day delivery. I never got a tracking number so I contacted the customer service number and found out I had to pay an additional £30 due to delivery but I was never contacted via email or phone to explain about this.

I can't comment on the product, a breathing monitor as it is a gift for my grandchild who has not yet been born. The service has been excellent received within 2 days. It's very well packaged.product looks good. I chose this because it's medically certified and not all monitors are.

Excellent stair gate no issues with fitting and fast delivery

Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed us to test and try out all the buggies. They provided demonstrations and answered all of our questions which helped us make the right decision on what we needed.

As I work need the order to come on certain day and rang the company who ensured it would be delivered on the day. Good comms throughout and excellent product at competitive prices

An excellent product. When putting it together one of the screws was warped - I reported this and received two replacements the next day!

Not received what I ordered,still.waiting for the accessories to arrive

This was brought for my daughter and grandson it not only looks beautiful me and my daughter decided to put it together it was straight forward and instructions where easy to follow and the cot is very sturdy we had looked at others but decided on this on as we felt price was reasonable in all very happy with this purchase

Purchased a baby stair gate. Once fixed the door opens regardless. I mentioned poor quality and after seeing more reviews I am not surprised. Had to send it with my cost and refunded me also without the postage so basically wasted £10. Staff not very helpful. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. You should be aware that by doing this you have missed out not me as I purchased another, one that works from Very.

Customer emails this company about a nursery chair, that they want to buy on 28/9

- The company do not respond to the original email on 30th September - when the offer is still on.

- The company are sent a follow up message to ask about the offer and delivery after a certain date.

- The company finally reply to the customer in October. Which happens to be when the offer has amazingly been withdrawn and finished!

- The same customer who is also wanting to purchase an Egg3 and Nursery furniture + all of the other baby essentials.

- The company replied to original email, that the extra 5% is not available, which is quite reasonable and I understand.

- The company states that it now cannot honour the lower price of £364, as it is now October!

- The customer is now unable to purchase the item, due to the delay in responding by the said company.

- The company then increase the price back to RRP - which is 31% increase.

- The customer (who wants to buy something) asks if the company will honour the £364, as we had been in communication

- The company said “No”

What is the result….

The customer is not able to spend £364 on a chair.
The customer does not spend anything else with the company.
The company create a “detractor” of their business.
The company adds to it’s already shaky customer feedback on various sites.

All for the sake of someone in the company acting with a little bit of common sense and being a little reasonable. Hey ho…..

We went to Obaby direct and Sara the owner helped us spend several thousand pounds!

It was really quick to get the product!
