Ordering the monitor was a seamless process - it’s a shame Royal Mail took the item to the incorrect delivery office but we got the item in the end!

Great customer service.
I paid for my order and after realised the shipping was quite expensive (Northern Ireland for a large item). I contacted customer service and asked if the order could be cancelled and they were very helpful and cancelled it straight away. I would definitely use them again in the future for smaller items that are cheaper delivery.

Damaged order…..Emily to the rescue
Ordered a travel system and it was delivered within 48 hours, the range of products and prices is amazing. On delivery there was an issue with part of the order so I emailed the team and they were on it straightaway. Emily kept me up to date and sorted it all and arranged the replacement. Their customer service was excellent and Emily was amazing, cannot thank her enough for her assistance. Would definitely recommend!!

Not in stock!!
I ordered 3 car seats which did not arrive on next day delivery. I phoned and asked where the order was to find out only 1 was in the stock and the other 2 would be 10 days until they were in stock - 14 days in total and not next day. I was offered 2 in a different colour. Very frustrating that I had to chase them to find a resolve.
