Awesome food. Authentic food.. it’s not a marketing claim like many brands I have tried. Very genuinely sourced and you can smell the taste of home when you unbox.. a beautiful experience. And hygienic. Great response from customer service.

Ordered A2 Ghee and Wild Raw honey from oorla along with some masala and podi, the overall taste was so great, faced some issue with clearance but their support team were superb in responding and sorting out all the issues, packing and taste was good for almost 90% of products I got.

Personally I am really satisfied with their services and food they offer🥰I have ordered Thirunalveli Halwa with this rate it was worth every penny,good packaging and I personally felt it lip smacking 😋
I had a delivery issue but it was from the courier guys mistake and the Oorla team immediately responded and resolved!!!I just loved their services!!🥰🥰😍

I initially thought my money was wasted, as there was delay in getting through Australian Customs. my order reached me after 21 days. Surprisingly, all sweets were fresh.

I don't want to fault these guys, because of some idiot sitting in customs, taking 2 weeks to process a food item.

all products are top quality (except badushah was average). Best thing is air tight packing.

I have received the order today the tirunelveli halwa and kumbakonam degree coffee. Not satisfied at all. They have advertised packaging by a unique box’s but i didn’t receive. Halwa isn’t good. It’s not worth waiting.

Very small quantity and too much expensive. Delivery is the worst. If you go and get the product where it is made you will get more quantity for a very cheap price.

Tasty and healthy sweets

Very poor service. It's been close to two weeks products is not delivered and they have maintained a wrong address as well and they haven't corrected it though the address while placing the order was right. Customer service is also very poor.

Couple of months ago, I left a 5 star review for the items ordered on oorla.

I am still impressed for the following reasons:
You will find businesses from India packaging sweets and snacks really well but fail to impress in taste or vice versa. Oorla is one business that has impressed our family both in taste and also in air tight packaging that keep the items fresh.

They seem to be a honest group of people because most of the items are fresh (mark packaging date) and are tasty so they do only things they are good at.

Variety of sweets, savories and pickles.

Good networking with shipping services so they arrive in 3-4 days to USA.

Now comes the concern. I have ordered Tirunelveli halwa (few times) and Badam halwa. They have always arrived like hard cakes.

I give feedback on WhatsApp to their customer service, that their packaging for motichoor ladoo is fantastic similarly can you please package thirunelveli halwa? I get the response to heat it up. It felt like a callous response to an honest feedback.

First of all, I am reaching out to you because I have already tried all of that. The best part about halwa is the greasiness which you can’t get back. Then, when you are packing it interacts with aluminum packaging and arrives with specks of black dots.

I hope they take it as a feedback because I am continuing to refer oorla to my friends and family in other states. Although it is unfortunate I have to add a disclaimer what not to order.

I received the products. The taste was okay and the quantity is very very less for the amount charged.

The shipping is fast and the products are always fresh and amazing

We have received our package and tastes not any better than our local shops abroad. plus I don’t understand why it’s overly priced, for that price I could’ve get fresh sweets and snacks in way bigger quantities. Didn’t expect this in 1st order itself. Athirasam was the worst and banana chips and halwa and others I can get cheaper rather than ordering from them. Never recommend
