I’m a first time buyer from UK. I came across a YouTube review in 2021 and noticed frequent mentions on Instagram and various platforms since. Finally decided to give it a try, and I must say it was worth it. I placed the order on the 13th, and DHL delivered the pack on the 20th, even though I wasn't in a hurry. The transaction and communication were remarkably smooth.

The outer tins, widely well-known by most, are indeed lovely. However, what impressed me more was the outstanding quality and freshness of the variety of snacks in the celebration pack with 10 tins. They were delightfully crispy, crunchy, juicy, and melty – truly drool-worthy. It feels like Deepavali has been officially extended with the help of Oorla South Asian snacks.

Ordered Diwali Palakara petti. Out of that the Palkova had a big dead insect in it. Sent photo proof to the seller. But they refused to send replacement or refund. Poor customer service.

I get to taste the Diwali spirit by Oorla. All of the sweets and snacks are all good and fresh. Feels like I am in india while munching some indian snacks. Thank you for keeping us closer to India even if we are miles and miles away.

Wish I could give negative reviews,
It's been more than 10 days since I ordered and it seems like claimed 48 hours of dispatch is not over in earth..
No respons from customer care.
Nobody is responding over mail
Customer care number is switched off
Tried reaching on insta or Facebook atleast to know the lead time but nothing works.. I need a refund and please keep those packets with yourself. Not gonna order anything from here.

Worst experice...they cheated me..they didnt send sweets to me..dont trust them...dont buy sweets from them ..cheating website...no proper customercare...they use our name phonenumber everything and deliver to someother person..today im eagerly waiting to taste sweets..suddenly a message come like delivered to someother person...customer service really worst..due to some issue we call customer service from the date of order almost two days and ask them to cancel order so that we plan to order it again but they said already its too late its dispatched and we send sweets free because mistake is their side so we plan to give sweets freely..then we said kk becoz from ordered date onwards we inform them to cancel it so that we ordered it again but they send to someother person with my phone number ..ill b tracking sweets finally after delivered only know..its send to some one

Frauster...!!! I ordered 10 tins palagara petti on 6th November and recieved dispatch link on 8th November.By 10th Nov mrng 7.38am it reached by my destination area hub then no update till 14th November night.I continuously called st couriers and number provided oorla website.Nothing works all fake. Finally recieved an update in tracking link as out for delivery on Nov 14th but no response to my call from delivery person end.On 15th afternoon I recieved the parcel but here point to be noted I recieved 10 days from ordered date whereas items may be spoiled. Finally I opened the parcel and to my surprise 2 boxes missing and got only 8 tins but I paid for 10. I hope they cheat you completely. Still their numbers are switched off or no response.I needy refund for 2 missing tins and delayed product delivery.

Sir I do know you already updated regarding delay in delivery in portal.My concern is why the parcel was not processed from final destination hub for 4working days and no customer call was responded.

I ordered 10 tin package and paid through gpay- 2519.10 rs.

I ordered the sweets and snacks for Diwali,I pre booked it,It is mentioned that the package will be delivered 1-3 days before Diwali.But I didn't receive the package yet, And the Diwali got over 2 days before.
