100% would recommend
We bought our windows and doors from here about 6 years ago. We have had a door drop slightly making it a bit awkward to shut when I called to as for an engineer to come out I was spoken to in a lovely manner and nothing was a problem. I didn’t feel like I was a burden to them (have done a lot of other places) Customer service here is great I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Carl was professional and polite
Carl was professional and polite, he understood our needs and requirements and adapted the design to suit our tastes. Visited him in the showroom after a home visit and he kept in touch without being pushy. In the end we went with a different option of repairing rather than replacing but had we decided to replace then we would have trusted Carl to provide the service.

Ask fot Carl as your designer. If its possible he'll deliver
Carl has gone over and above during the design phase of our project. We've hit so many regulatory barriers during this design, each time Carl has pulled on his years of experience and "pulled the rabbit out of the hat". Nothing is too much trouble, from render samples dropped off at our home on an evening to allowing time to consider, evaluate proposals and proffessional answer questions. Carl listened to our concerns and consulted with his team to design solutions to each problem. This was a tough design to come up due to so many limitations. But we got there!

In 2015 I used Orion Windows for the installation of double glazed replacement windows. After advising them recently that one of the sealed units had failed they immediately ordered a replacement and fitted it on the agreed date. Communications were excellent throughout the process and I was delighted with the level of customer service.

Excellent Customer Service
In early 2016 the previous owners of our home had a large glass extension added by Orion to the rear of the house. When we viewed the property the extension was a key selling point and we bought the house at the end of 2018.
A fee was paid to Orion to put the guarantee in our name.
In recent months the main door handle has become loose. I called Orion to ask if it was covered under guarantee and to obtain a replacement even if it was not.
Unfortunately the guarantee had ended just a few months earlier. However, Dawn undertook to see if the handle was still available. Not only did Dawn order a replacement handle she supplied it free of charge. Within 2 days I was able to swap the old, worn handle for the shiny new one.
I was happy just to be able to replace the handle. But the service from Orion was beyond what they needed to do.
Our extension continues to be admired by our visitors.

After having an issue with my door I…
After having an issue with my door I contacted Orion to see if it could be rectified . I received a great service from them , the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave me a clear time frame of when the repair would be carried out . The engineers who carried out the repair phoned before arrival and were equally as good as the office staff .
My Door was fitted 4 years ago , it’s great that Orion still look after their customers so long after sales . Would highly recommend

All departments of Orion Windows are great to work with from making initial interest to placing an order. The fitting over two days was professional and friendly and a follow up visit to adjust a tight lock was just as easy to arrange with a quick response to correct the issue. First class customer service
One of the panes of glass in my patio doors had become misted up, this had been installed 5 years ago. This is the first problem I have ever encountered with any of the products supplied by Orion Windows. Upon notifying the company, my details were found, I sent over photos of the problem and a new pane of glass was swiftly ordered. This was installed within 2 weeks of me first phoning about the problem, all at no cost to myself. First class customer service and a company I thoroughly recommend.

This is the second time we have used this company; the last time was through our builder who was very particular about the companies they work with and indeed our bays, windows, sliding doors, lantern light were perfect. This time we are completing the job to upgrade the remaining windows/doors in the house to match. Chris was personable, knowledgeable and helpful ensuring that we got the deal we had wanted. It wasn't like a sales pitch at all and we certainly didn't feel pressured. The surveyor likewise was knowledgeable and great to deal with. They are organising the fitting around our holiday plans which is really helpful. Absolutely recommended.
