Orion responded quickly to the issue we had with our front door, culminating in a new replacement being fitted. No quibbles and the engineer who initially came to look at it, and subsequently fitted the replacement, was a pleasure to have on site. Good communication from customer services all through as well.

Great Aftercare Experience
I called on after support as I had a problem with a handle on my window. I was given an appointment that suited me as I did not have to take time off work. They ordered handle for me just in case it was faulty. Engineer came at the agreed time, was friendly and very helpful and changed the handle for me. Really happy with my experience from beginning to end. Thanks again.

Generally poor service
We started last year with a extn. They were recommended to us.
It started poorly when we wanted to pay cash for the job and not take finance. This seemed to be not ideal for them.
Eventually promised a 2 week build... Well nearly 9mths later it's complete barring paint.
Late arrival of the materials. Not following installation guides. Cracking frames and damaging them on install.
Ignoring building control messages and having to come back and rectify stuff that shouldn't have happened.
Some really poor Comms and poor emails from various members of their team.
They do have some lovely people working there but seem to be let down by the process.
Having to get directors involved to get things moving.
I have put in a formal complaint as it's absolutely appalling service from them.
I hope that they learn from this overall experience I have had with them and taken learning so future customers don't have to go through the trauma of sleepless nights we have had to endure.
I really am looking forward to hearing the out come of my complaint... Be an interesting read I'm sure. !

Excellent service from start to finish.
Customer Service was spot on. Good experience from start to completion. Parts ordered and service completed. Although the wrong hinges were ordered a call personally from Roy with a real sincere apology and guarantee that the correct ones would be ordered immediately which they were and within the week Roy came and completed the job in hand. All is now working and very happy with workmanship. A call from the office today to check if all is well was a really wonderful thing to do. Will recommend to all our friends and family.

The firm did my full house and…
The firm did my full house and conservatory about 7 years ago. Price was highly competitive and the team that installed first rate.
Two issues raised some years later re door fade and window slide fault. Both were fixed without any fuss.
Admin staff were no quibble and helpful.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service
From the start in the showroom to the finished living space the service and experience was fantastic with great customer service. Never having done anything like this before the whole process was made easy as all aspects of the build were taken care of for me. Each of the trades followed on from each other seamlessly and they were all friendly, professional and hard working.
One glass unit had a scratch but was soon replaced.
I am really pleased with my new solid roof living space and would highly recommend Orion.

A great service.
Staff were very helpful, supportive, and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was important to them that I got exactly what I wanted. They were very helpful when I changed my mind! It was an easy, supportive process. The fitters did a great job and cleaned up well after the had finished. I've had some aftercare, and offers of further assistance should it be needed. A great service, and I'm really pleased with my new windows and doors.
