I ordered console table, arrived after 5 to 6 weeks, table top is covered with scratches and corner of the table has chip broken, extremeky poor customer service, only answer whenever they want it. Now they asking to pay extra if i like it to be replaced. Plz donot order anything with them, extremely poor service and irresponsible service.Dont order anything with them

I ordered on the 9th July, delivery was expected 22nd August and now there is no expected delivery date. I do not have the item. I requested a refund, they said I need to request a refund after I recieve the item yet they can't tell me when I'll recieve it. They say it's still in progress. I'm trying to get a refund through my bank. This company is hopeless. I wish I read the shitty reviews before wasting my money with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a TV unit from Oz Home Hub.

First, the product I received is noticeably different from the product shown and advertised on their website. The design of the stands is different, the bottom section is different, and the overall appearance does not match what we paid for. Despite clearly pointing out these differences to the support team, they continue to insist that it is the same product rather than properly addressing the issue.

The quality of the unit is also very poor. It appears to be made from cheap materials and arrived with numerous scratches, damage to the top surface, and marks that look like previous repairs. This is completely inconsistent with the quality we expected from the product description.

What makes the experience even worse is the customer service. We waited approximately three months for this order, only to receive a product that does not match the advertised item and has visible damage. After raising the issue, the support team has been extremely unhelpful and has not provided a satisfactory solution. Instead, they seem more interested in trying to justify that the product is the same rather than acknowledging the obvious differences and damage.

We are now trying to return the unit and obtain a full refund, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Oz Home Hub. The product quality, accuracy of the advertisement, delivery experience, and customer support have all been extremely disappointing.

Warning do not use this business, one star is being very generous, they delivered our item to completely the wrong address in a different town, the item was unpacked by the recipient. and this was after waiting nearly 2 months for it. we asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled this was denied in the end stupidly we agreed to a 20% refund and a new item to be delivered in 5 to 6 weeks. it is now approaching 8 weeks, no sign of the item or the promised refund. and we are unable to contact them directly they have locked out the support ticket we raised and never answer the phone. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service, they use an automated ticket system for queries complaints which results in a complete inability to communicate with a human.

Tracking of product shipment is non existent. We have been waiting over 2 months with zero indication of delivery, they either lie and say it’s not late, or say they are looking into it but have failed to provide any update.

They refuse to refund even though they have failed to deliver anything. Now seeking redress via Visa/Mastercard but most importantly I would tell any prospective customers to shop somewhere else, in fact anywhere else!

I ordered shelves and then found out a larger size was a third of the price. I asked within 24 hours for an exchange and a refund of the balance.
They refused.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered.

Buyers, be aware:
All the items are ordered overseas. You have to wait weeks to receive your order. They will not refund, swap or part refund, so it's a gamble to buy from them.

I still haven't received my order, but I'll wait and see; the last-minute checkout notification said mid Oct.

I'll see how it goes and may update this review.

Beware of dealing with this crowd, once they gave your money you have no chance of any reasonable dialogue. Run the other way as fast as you can!!!!!!

So far the item I ordered two months ago hasn't arrived. I sent an email and they told me to lodge a ticket through their website. The website is not user friendly. After several goes, I finally lodged a ticket under the wrong category and there was not a correctly worded option. I haven't even received the product yet, and so far its not looking good...

Delivery took forever, & when finally arrived 1 shelf was delivered of a cabinet.
No customer service, no follow up. Cost more than the shelf to return & have no idea where the remaining components of my cabinet are.
Won’t give a refund & don’t answer their phones. I have blown $500.
DO NOT buy from this company, horrible experience, shocking customer service.

⭐ **1 Star – Product significantly different from advertisement**

Very disappointed with Oz Home Hub.

I purchased this bar table for $864 and waited approximately three months for delivery. The biggest issue is that the tabletop I received is not what is represented in the advertising photographs.

The advertised table clearly shows what appears to be a live-edge style timber top, with a natural curved edge and the appearance of substantial continuous timber.

What I actually received is a manufactured tabletop made from 13 narrow pieces of what appears to be pine, edge-glued together. This is not a minor variation in timber colour or grain. It is a completely different construction and appearance of tabletop.

I have repeatedly explained this to Oz Home Hub, but their responses continue to refer to natural timber variations, photography and lighting. That completely misses the point I am making.

There are also scratches on the frame and a poorly finished sharp weld on one corner that actually cut my hand.

Despite all this, their offer was only 10% store credit.

I purchased the table based on how it was represented in the advertisement. If the advertisement had shown the actual 13-piece glued pine tabletop I received, I would not have purchased it.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled.

I ordered blue kitchen chairs. When they finally arrived they were the wrong colour. I rang the warehouse which no one answers the phone.
You are sent an email and I am still waiting for my refund. They want me to pay return postage.
NEVER buy from this site. There is no Sydney warehouse.

Over 4 months to get my desk very disappointed in the product spent $580 on a product I could have bought from Temu for $100 terrible product cheap and nasty

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Oz Home Hub.
I placed and paid for a coffee table on 27 June 2026. It is now September and I still do not have my table or a reliable delivery date.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of proactive communication. I received no meaningful shipping updates and have had to repeatedly chase the company myself.
The Aramex tracking number provided shows “Attempted collection” in Perth on 6 August, stating that the courier was unable to collect the parcel from the sender and had contacted them to rearrange collection. There have been no further Aramex tracking updates since then.
Meanwhile, Oz Home Hub's website says my item has left their overseas warehouse. Support previously told me it had left the overseas warehouse and was “currently in transit”, but I have now been told it is “currently in the shipping container” and has not yet been handed over to Aramex.
I have asked for evidence confirming that my table has actually been dispatched, its current location, freight details and an estimated delivery date.
Customer service is also incredibly frustrating. Email enquiries direct you to an online ticket system, and I don't receive notifications when someone responds, so I have to keep logging into the website to check.
I was genuinely excited about this purchase. More than two months later, I'm simply exhausted from having to chase basic information about an order I've already paid for.
I'll update this review if and when the company provides a meaningful resolution.

When my liquor cabinet finally arrived it was damaged. Back and forth with the company through support tickets. Finally after 4mths they were sending out the replacements for the damaged frame only got one part and that was also damaged. Do not deal with them.

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely no customer service absolutely no way to track items. Item still hasn’t arrived so should’ve read these reviews. Please avoid at all costs.

terrible quality wood, very different to what was in the pictures. came with no instructions. after 6 hours on chatgpt trying to figure it out, gave up. finally got some pretty shitty instructions. all the hardware was wrong. had to go to hardware store and get hardware and screws that fitted. do yourself a psychological favor and dont order anything from this company.

If I could do zero stars I would. The item which was a dresser with desk took forever to be delivered. No way of contacting the company directly. When item was delivered the delivery crew broke 2 pavers at my front door. When we unpacked the dresser the instructions were all in another language. It was not easy to put together, things didn't line up, holes where too small. The drawers themselves are flimsy, and don't close properly. I am very disappointed, a company that is based in Australia and prides themselves on quality and customer service is absolutely not my experience. Don't waste your money

Don’t trust this company, ten weeks to get my order for a wardrobe. I asked them to not deliver for a week as we were away on holiday. Of course they went ahead and delivered it leaving the package by the front door with no protection, it could have been stolen it was also raining, and we were not home for several days. Terrible lack of care and communication from these cowboys. Rod

stay away from this online retailer. Appalling customer service, You can't talk to a real person. All AI managed. it take ages to get a response from them via email. you are literally spending money to buy headaches. If you want to amend the order, even after five minutes of placing the order, they want to charge you 1/3 of the total price, which is against Australian consumer laws.
