⚠️ BUYER BEWARE – MY EXPERIENCE WITH OZ HOME HUB ⚠️

I don’t normally post things like this publicly, but after almost SIX MONTHS, numerous support messages and still no product or refund, I’ve had enough.

I placed and PAID for my order on 19 MARCH 2026.

I was later advised the estimated shipping date was 30 APRIL 2026.

It is now SEPTEMBER and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Over the past several months I have contacted support repeatedly trying to find out where my order is.

I’ve been told:

➡️ It arrived at the destination port.
➡️ It was going through “local processing.”
➡️ It had been handed over to a local courier.
➡️ Then it HADN’T been handed over to a courier.
➡️ Then it had been “fully handed over to the local courier for delivery.”

So I asked a very simple question:

WHO IS THE COURIER AND WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

They still haven’t provided either.

No courier name.
No consignment number.
No tracking number.
No delivery date.
And most importantly — NO PRODUCT.

I eventually formally requested a FULL REFUND because the goods have never been delivered.

Instead of resolving my complaint, my support ticket was CLOSED without responding to my refund demand.

I couldn’t even open another support ticket, so I have now had to select “Return Item” just to get another avenue to contact them.

How exactly do I return an item I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED?

Oz Home Hub, I’m giving you another opportunity to resolve this.

Either provide verifiable courier details and deliver the product I paid for back in March, or REFUND MY MONEY.

I have kept screenshots and copies of the entire correspondence and will now be taking the matter further through the appropriate consumer channels.

I’m sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decision before ordering.

I’m furnishing a new home - better to buy old off Facebook marketplace than be sucked in by false advertising on new - chairs supplied barely hold 80 kg and the metal joins on the arms are so rough - the company not interested obviously don’t test their products - I bought 2 products from them - maybe last 6 months - very disappointing after waiting 2 months for shipment

As others have said, my order of a king single sofa bed was more than 4 weeks overdue from the date they had on their website. When the item arrived, the assembly instructions were terrible... just pictures and chinese language. The thing that angered me most was that the item was so ugly and uncomfortable, and was very different to the advertised sofa bed. My nephew slept on it for one night, and didn’t sleep due to the 5.5cm "mattress". It was like concrete! I raised a ticket, sent photos and measurements, (of which some were way out), but they said the specifications were within tolerance, and that the mattress wasn't in the specs. They just ignored the difference in appearance and functionality. Initially they offered a 10% refund, but I wanted to return it for a full refund. Like others have said, they won't accept the item at their Sydney warehouse. I'd have to send it to WA. Oz Home Hub is a total SCAM site, which is so disappointing for an Australian-based company. I had trust in them, but the Chinese products they peddle are very poor quality, and they really don't care about customer satisfaction.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!!
I am still waiting on products payed for 7 months ago. Customer service is non existent. They dance around your actual questions. The cust support online ticket system is a joke. They lie about where your product is. Your phone number is stored so they know who is calling and won't connect you to anyone. Never ever use this online retailer!!

Product not as advertised – extremely disappointing experience
I purchased a desk from OZ Home Hub advertised as a “Modern Solid Wood Rectangular Office Desk with 4 Bold Solid Wood Frame Legs.” The listing clearly stated that it was a solid wood desk.
The desk took over two months to arrive, and when it finally arrived, the desktop was clearly laminate rather than the solid wood product I believed I had purchased.
I contacted OZ Home Hub requesting a return and refund because the product I received did not match the advertised description. Unfortunately, the return process was made extremely difficult. I was asked to provide a video showing the desk from multiple different angles to prove the issue. I did not believe I should have to go through this level of scrutiny when the product simply did not match what was advertised.
The desk was also shipped directly from China, which was not what I expected when purchasing through OZ Home Hub.
The support process was incredibly frustrating and, rather than resolving the issue, my ticket was eventually closed after I had been asked to provide further evidence.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed. The product description, lengthy delivery time and handling of my refund request have left me feeling that I was not given the straightforward customer service I expected.
I would not purchase from OZ Home Hub again and would strongly recommend doing your research before ordering.

Cant put zero but need it to be known that they are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Ordered at the start of June and now at the end of August and still no items. You ask a question and get the most Vacuous answer I have ever seen.

We purchased a small cabinet for $299 which was suppose to have a glass panel which states in the description. More like plastic this cabinet is no where near the value of $299. Very disappointed, no instructions, inferior product and a waste of money.
Please do not buy from them, save your money.

This is a very dodgy company with no ability to contact someone by phone. The quality is very poor! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a set of 2 stools from this company after I had called the number on their website twice. I wanted to confirm the color of the stools, as the name of the color didn't list the stool as being a white or off white color, but the photos of the stools on their website displayed the stools in a white to off white option. I spoke to a woman in the Sydney office and she confirmed the color option I was considering was an off white color even though their website was calling it a khaki color. I asked her if I could buy just one and if I was happy I would by the other 5. She said it wasn't possible as they came in a set of two. She said if for any reason I was not happy with them I could return them to their Sydney warehouse. She did warn they would take around 3 months to come from China. The Stools finally arrived almost 5 months later. Not only was the color horrible and not even close to an off white, they are very poor quality. When I tried to contact the woman again on the same number, I could not get past an AI assistant to speak with someone. I had to submit a return request through their website and got the run around. They finally then told me to return them to a Western Australian address, when I told him I was promised I could return them to their Sydney warehouse, I was refused that option. It cost me over $200.00 to return them to WA.

Absolutely hopeless company. Took months to arrive, and got frustrating replies with replies but no answers and every time one asks question they respond after a few days via a Stupid 'ticket' system.
I purchased a display cabinet expecting it to arrive with the light system highlighted in the main description. When the lighting wasn't with cabinet and I questioned it I was advised that even though the advert highlighted the cabinet had lighting, if I'd studied all the non highlighted information (i.e. small print out is not as per the adverts details, and in actual fact there is no lighting including - VERY DECEPTIVE!).
Never Again will I deal with this company.

Absolute garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent $1200 on four bedside tables that I threw out in disgust, I really wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. The tables arrived in six weeks and the delivery guys refused to use the elevator? I had to carry three heavy boxes up to my unit myself. After unpacking all the parts, I realized they had not included any instructions, and all the parts were labeled in Chinese. I tried to construct some instructions on AI by photographing the parts but even AI was stumped. It was pretty much impossible. There is no customer service, only a frustrating ticket system so I decided to cut my losses and junk the whole lot for my own sanity after wasting the best part of a day. The tables were junk anyway; they use nice graphics on their website that doesn't resemble the stylish look of the advertised product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

big scam company delivery takes 3 month and can't get money refund

I GOT SCAMMED Ordered Hallway Table for $450 November 2025, still no product 10 months later. Constantly emailed being told to be patient it was on its way! Tried calling their so called warehouse with no one ever answering! They use fake website be aware. If I could rate them would minus 10

My tv unit was delivered at 9pm at night left out in the rain, when open the unit was damaged customer service is a nightmare will not honour there return policy that is stated on there website.

They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The product that was sent was the most substandard item I have ever seen. They refused to to refund me and it has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I purchased what was supposed to a glass display cabinet that when it arrived was made of plastic and cardboard. It cost me $450 which they have refused to refund. I purchased it in May and it didn't arrive for over three months!!!!!
Never use this company. They should get 0 stars. Please for anyone out there DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They should be deleted from Australia.

THE VERY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This company should be shut down I have sent countless support tickets to receive my goods. It is now 90 days since my order and payment were made. Even threatening to take the matter further (which I am doing) does not get the delivery issue resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .. I believe I have been scammed.

Should’ve read these before purchasing. They take your money then advise a 6 week lead time (which I’m now at). The tracking information doesn’t work and there process to create a support ticket just goes around in circles and it’s not actually possible to create a support ticket. They have no phone support or live chat. Rubbish company, avoid

Hello, Bought a desk.
As for getting transport tracking number from Oz Home Hub- that didnt come, all I got was a 'support number'
I ended up putting in a compaliant form to The Office of Fair Trading
Finally package arrived - 3 months for delivery. Disgusting
Open the package, the so called manufactured timber is nothing short of glorified cardboard. The floor height to top of table is too short for me.
The instructions - all in Chinese.
I will now lodge another complaint to NSW Fair Trading Offices.

Be advised to NOT order from this company OzHome Hub, shiny website with lots of beautiful items but be warned - YOU WILL PAY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!!! I eventually had to get a refund through my bank after multiple messages to find out why I have waited 3 months and still no items have been received. When you call, you get an automated answering service which leads you back to their ticket system - which is the only form of contact with this company and their reply is always the same, your goods are out for delivery - "Your order has been transferred into the courier's delivery network and is awaiting final dispatch for delivery. The exact delivery timeframe depends on the courier's delivery routes and scheduling.

Please note that your order will be delivered via a specific furniture delivery truck, which unfortunately does not offer live tracking. Otherwise, we would be happy to provide those details.

Please be assured that your order is progressing through the final delivery process and should be delivered soon. Once the courier is ready to make the delivery, they will contact you directly to accept delivery. Thank you for your understanding." This was the last message on the 8 August, which was 12 days ago but still no order. When I ordered these items, Delivery was the 21 May - so I have been waiting 3 months. Shocking! Stay away!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a wardrobe in April. Its now mid August and it has still not been delivered. I have requested updates and I keep getting the same answers and still no product. I have wasted my money. I never ever leave reviews but felt I had to warn others.
