The worst experience ever, waited for over 10 weeks with close to zero communication. Incorrect item turns up, still no resolution, advised me if I want to return the item they sent incorrectly I need to pay. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am still waiting for my hallway table. No one knows anything about it. I paid approximately $2,000 to this company, and it's all A1; you can't ring and talk to anyone.
I really don't want anyone else suffering the way i have. My daughter's getting married, and i needed this table for the wedding. I want a refund, but I don't know what's happening with that either. This company isn't Australian its an overseas company so please be aware

ONE STAR. BUYERS BEWARE.

I purchased the “Modern 2-piece Upholstered Rocking Chair Set with Padded Ottoman and Dirt Resistant Features” from OZ Home Hub.

At the time of purchase, it was advertised for $356.95, reduced from $713.95 with a claimed 50% discount. The listing showed a substantial, premium-looking rocking chair with thick, plush cushioning and a large matching ottoman.

What arrived was substantially different. The delivered chair was much smaller, lightly padded and flimsy, with different proportions and overall appearance. The ottoman was also much smaller and differently shaped from the one advertised.

In my opinion, the polished listing images appear AI-generated or heavily digitally enhanced. I cannot independently prove how they were created, but my side-by-side photographs clearly show that they did not accurately represent the product delivered.

When I complained, OZ Home Hub said the images were “for reference purposes only”. The company offered partial refunds of 10%, 15% and 20%. Otherwise, I was expected to package the bulky furniture and pay to return it from Queensland to Western Australia.

This was not a change-of-mind return. My complaint was that the goods were materially different from the advertised product.

I requested a full refund of $356.95 and collection of the furniture. The matter remains unresolved and is now subject to a Bendigo Bank chargeback and escalation through consumer protection channels.

I recommend requesting genuine, unedited photographs and complete measurements before buying from this company.

Do not trust this company. They delivered a damagaged table with missing table legs. The packaging was badly ripped open with the damaged table sticking through. But they still delivered it, dumping it on our driveway while we where not home. How can these people be allowed to operate in Australia, they should be shut down. After over a month of for and back, they still point blank refuce our legal right to a full refund.

We are now engaging the Department of Fair Trading. I will also do my best to have them investigated. Delivering an obvious damaged product is fraud.

I don't understand how Oz home is allowed to operate in Australia? Absolute criminals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I placed an order for a shelf in MAY 2026. It is now mid AUGUST 2026 and my order still has not arrived yet. I am usually diligent with checking reviews of business before placing orders but for some reason, I didn't think to check this time around. The website looks so legitimate and with a name like "Oz Home Hub," it sounds like a local company. Following repeated follow ups and tracking my order through their "tracking info" for weeks/months, I've given up hope. I think the shelf will still come but my concerns are now about the quality of it as I've read many people's reviews stating the items are extremely poor quality. For anyone considering buying from Oz Home Hub, DON'T!!!

SCAM. Do not use this company at all
Costs. I ordered a $1900 marvel side table. Table top turned up the wrong colour and smashed in two pieces. The rest of the table has not arrived. Missing. Cannot get any assistance from Oz Home Hub . No answers. I Can only place an order ticket . You cannot actually talk to anyone. Keep getting deflected and stuffed around with no clear answers. After seeing other reviews I know my money is gone. The website is a fraud looking high end with five star reviews. AVOID . I don’t want anyone to experience what I have.

Well, I would love to review the product I bought but sadly it still has not been delivered. The order was placed on the 14th of June 2026 and when I just checked (8 August 2026) the delivery will be after 4th September. Now, it is very convenient that they have a tracking bar on the web site which tells you just where your order isn’t at the moment. Because my item apparently only just left China (sorry, our overseas warehouse). The date it left was after the estimated delivery date. Their refund model is time limited to 30 days. Customer service is a bot ridden maze.
Don’t be a gullible idiot like me and go elsewhere.

AVOID this retailer. Inaccurately described office chair style and colour as part of bundle purchase of child’s desk, hutch and drawer. No image was provided to chair that was included and they a shipped a black adult size chair when desk is designed for child. I also enquired pre purchase on chair type and they confirmed in response “matching” and delivered the opposite. Unhelpful support process making you jump from one category to another and doing everything possible to avoid accountability. Furthermore took over 3 months to deliver 6 weeks longer than they advised.

I have been waiting 9 weeks for an item I purchased and after so many tickets to and from them they now tell me it has been given to the courier now and will be another 2 or 3 weeks.
I ordered on 7th June 2026. Got tracking on 21st June 2026. Was supposed to be delivered on 22nd July 2026 and as at 8th august still not arrived and will now have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks which is rediculous.
On the tracking I received it says it was given to the courier on 21st June so I’m confused on why it has only now been given to the courier.
I wouldn’t purchase anything through this company

Trash products, AI photos

Just a bad experience from start to finish. Absolutely no communication from beginning. Then when we did establish contact it wasnt much better. When we paid for the product they said would be app 5 weeks. In fact was 10 weeks. And when it arrived was in broken packaging full of dust and bent and damaged product. Also weak and flimsy and not as strong and as good quality as implied by web pictures and description. Will never deal with this company again or buy anything at all from China again

When I open the package for my sofa I was flabbergasted! It did not match the description in any way or the photos! It looked uncomfortable (I have back issues), was smaller than expected & very ugly compared to the photos. Its looks cheap rather than stylish. The colour is also wrong. I immediately requested a refund as promised in the promotion but after a month of emails back & forward (using their ridiculous ticketing system which is slow & treats customers like we are stupid) I’ve had no success. They claim I have to return the sofa myself (which has been repackaged ready to be picked up from getgo ) & cover the costs (interstate! I’m on a pension)! If they are willing to trick us into buying inferior products they should be prepared to compensate customers honestly! So disappointed & angry. Will be taking this further

Can confirm it's a Scam company. They drop ship from China. Wish I had read these sooner. Shelf arrived. Expensive at 600$. Completely Unassembled with 200 screws and NO instructions. All Chinese no labelled parts. It doesn't match what's shown in the order photo and no LED light like was shown in the description. Very generic self.worth about 150$ max. Made of cheap MDF or even worse fibre type cheap material.

This company look like robber compay. On Feb we order untill last tow week we just get. Because we put into fair trading . Then delivery to us. Without that we call many time not answer. We email to them allway 3 days. But nothing happen.

"I purchased an item from the online retailer oz-g-day via their eBay store. Even though the transaction took place on the eBay platform, my experience with this specific business was very negative. The pool blanket has a 5 year Warranty, but fell apart after 2 years. OZ-G-DAY wasn't prepared to honour their warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Refunds even minus 20% are extremely hard to get processed from this company.
I submitted return request via enquiry form and they given instructions to raise a ticket. I follow their instructions, and there is no functionality to raise a ticket. You then try calling and get sent a link to raise a ticket and then hung up on.
THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & REFUND PROCESSES

Absolutely no bias. This so called business is a giant scam. No reply’s to any form of contact DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Impossible to get any refund, if you do charges are exorbitant. Warning “ STEER CLEAR” . Communication is nonexistent

My dining set was finally delivered 5 weeks after the initial estimated delivery date.
The boxes it arrived in were shabby and broken and there were no assembly instructions.
The website is poor with no ability to create a customer service ticket and there was no proactivity to update the estimated delivery date once it had passed.
I would not recommend this company.
