I gave you 5 star on your last email…Need slab not stars.
I gave you 5 star on your last email and I asked for more slabs but instead of honouring my reply. 🥴..As it said .I NEED ANOTHER 20 SLABS 600×600 OF THE SAME PRODUCT. So if someone answers my request I will give you 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨🤗

Due to the slow sales of 600×600 slabs, we rarely import this size.
You have given us a 5-star positive review in both your email and on our website, expressing your satisfaction. However, using this as a means to request another 600×600 order is something we find difficult to understand.
We kindly ask that you reflect our quality and service objectively and honestly, as this approach has hurt the team members who have made every effort to fulfill your order.
Thank you.
Thank you for the amazing service
We ordered two crates of Kandla grey riven 600x900 slabs on Monday and they were delivered by Wednesday! The delivery driver and company called us to help with the delivery of the slabs (as we are a new build and our address wasn’t showing on google yet!) and they were very kind and understanding on the phone. The delivery driver found the address and kindly left the slabs right by our house so that we could still fit our car on our parking space. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Thank you for your positive review!
As a major paving stone supplier, we, like most in the paving slabs industry, rely on third-party pallet delivery companies. While their service is generally good, some depots and drivers may occasionally lack professionalism.
We’re glad to hear that you had a great experience with a reliable depot and driver. Our goal is to ensure and encourage them to provide a professional and friendly delivery service, while we continue to guarantee top-quality products.
Thanks again for your support!

Perfect online purchase
Have ordered 3 crates of silver grey granite 600x900. Out of 99 slabs not one damaged and delivered within 3 working days. The delivery man was polite and off loaded 3 tons of stone at location I wanted. The price was competitive. The stone has beautiful light shade with minimal black dots. Exactly what I was looking for. My experience with this company was very positive. Thank you.

With three decades of professional expertise underpinning all that we do, our customers can rest assured they are purchasing with complete confidence.
Great product and easy installation
Ordered LVT flooring for the downstairs of our house. The ordering process was smooth and their prices are great. Delivery came on time and helped stack the flooring in the hallway. We installed the flooring ourselves and with a bit of work went better than we expected and it looks great!
It’s a huge improvement on our old laminate flooring and should hold up much better being waterproof! There’s no creaking and with some gentle hammering no gaps at all. It’s easy to cut to size by scoring and snapping off so doesn’t require many tools either.
When the upstairs needs redoing we’ll go with LVT again and come back to Paving Slabs UK!

Thank you so much for your kind words and 5-star review. Our Luxury Vinyl Flooring Click Tiles are sourced from one of China's top manufacturers, a large-scale producer that serves as an OEM for many renowned global brands, ensuring the highest quality standards. If we were as well-known in the indoor flooring industry as we are in outdoor paving tiles, our prices might not be as lower as they currently are. Unfortunately, we have decided to discontinue importing LVT products due to slower sales and the financial strain of long time holding inventory, which is a regrettable outcome given the competitive and high-quality nature of these products.
Great company and great value!

We purchased the LVT flooring online…
We purchased the LVT flooring online just before Christmas, and it was installed over the past two weeks. I absolutely love it! We did a DIY installation, and it was incredibly easy to lay down. The quality of the flooring is excellent – it’s highly durable and offers great soundproofing. On top of that, the price was the most affordable I could find online. The service was outstanding, and the delivery was exceptionally fast. I couldn’t be happier—thank you so much!

When you let us know about your plans to purchase our tiles for a Christmas holiday DIY project, we recommended a color that both you and your husband were happy with. The delivery was timely and arrived safely, and later you wrote to let us know how pleased you were with the results—we’re so glad to hear that!

Wrong item sent
They sent us the wrong product, they didn't compensate us for the incoviniante or refund part of the money we paid when they send us a cheaper product.
I WILL AVOID THE COMPANY TO ALL COST
The difference between the two products is as follows:
* Not the one we ordered, although similar
* The product sent is cheaper per square meter when at a normal price – so it isn’t an upgraded substitution.
* The packs have only 4 sizes of slab instead of 5 sizes, which will give a different aesthetic to the one that was specified.
* The colour pallet is significantly different to the one we ordered, which will affect the overall look of the outdoor spaces, and we are no longer certain the stone will work as well with the coloured fencing to be installed in the new year.
After ignored our last emails, they saw our review here, they offer us a good will compensation if we changed the review. They offer us 50 pounds. We spent 1386 pounds in the order we made to them.
They never took ownership of their mistake.
This it isn't a genuine company they do the same to all costumers, they have no quality control and blame the client for it . I will avoid to all cost.
Replaying to the message below the prices of the website where different at the time for purchase. All they do is keep changing the figures i copy an email them sent to us. we they said their lost was £321.56 and on this website they said £258.52
Dear Marce and Andrea,
I would explain why "this was not an attempt to substitute your order deliberately but an honest mistake."
Incorrect items: Rippon Buff Indian Sandstone Paving Patio Packs 22mm £426.95 x 4 = £1,707.80
Original order: (this website didn't allow copy a link was here ) £362.32 x 4 = £1,386.24
We lost £321.56 in this incorrect delivery.
Kindest regards,
Wang Cheng
Managing Director
We only accept the tiles because we have builders on place, they will charge us 670 pounds for a day of labour, they do the work of not.
It is a different product with complete different colour skin i need to spend 430 to change the deco because of the tiling

We sincerely apologize for the error made by our recently changed third-party warehouse in dispatching the wrong goods. The customer had ordered the most affordable Raj Blend 5 sizes, 4 crates at £362.32 per crate, totaling £1,449.28 (https://www.pavingslabsuk.co.uk/products/raj-blend-sandstone-5-sizes). However, the warehouse mistakenly dispatched Rippon Buff 4 sizes instead (https://www.pavingslabsuk.co.uk/products/rippon-buff-sandstone-paving-patio), priced at £426.95 per crate, amounting to £1,707.80. This mistake resulted in a financial loss of £258.52 for us.
Upon being notified of the error by the customer, we promptly arranged for the return of the incorrect goods and the delivery of the correct items, informing the customer of these arrangements. However, the customer advised that the slabs had already been installed and declined the offer of a return and replacement.
After receiving further feedback from the customer, we reached out again to apologize for the mistake. Despite already incurring a loss of £258.52, we offered an additional £50 refund as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, the customer declined this offer.
We fully acknowledge our responsibility for the dispatch error, even though the customer ultimately received a more expensive product.
