Broken goods and poor service
Slabs were delivered broken and the company refused compensation based on the damages falling within the “acceptable limit” established by them.
Essentially, this company have refused to replace or compensate for goods which were delivered broken on a chargeable delivery service. In this case, the fairest thing to do would be to provide goods to an acceptable margin above what has been paid for.
Slightly cheaper materials. Terrible support and very poor aftercare.
Would not recommend.

We had to return to move the slabs. Very unprofessional and impossible to communicate with
Further to you response, saving additional cost by not re delivering the slabs, only saved you additional cost, It cost us extra as we needed to pay workers to return to the site to move the slabs. I have never had to deal with a company that just left building materials on the public pavement cause they decided to deliver them after work hours.

As your site was closed at the time of delivery and no one was available to receive the goods, the third-party delivery company made the decision to leave the materials at the designated location. In the circumstances, this helped to avoid the need for a second delivery, which would have incurred additional costs.

We are vey happy it’s the paving slabs we ordered. The company was very helpful when we received the wrong order at first. However, this was promptly sorted within a few days wrong slabs picked up new ones delivered.

Poor delivery system resulting in more expense
I would avoid this company, firstly if you have any issues the absolutely will not answer their provided phone number regardless of how many times you try.
I ordered £700 worth of Brazilian black slate tiles as the website showed they were In stock. I needed these delivered for the weekend so ordered them on the Monday. Their system advised delivery would be 3-6 days. On the Tuesday I tried to contact them to confirm I would get these in time due to having to go away and also I didn’t want to hire tools if they wouldn’t arrive on time. Multiple phone calls, no answer. After some back and forth with the online chat I finally got through to a human who then told me that they didn’t hold stock of the e same batch so there would be colour or finish differences. “ this batch is messy” were the words used by the assistant. We came to an agreement that we would change the order for something they actually had in stock same batch with a promised delivery of Thursday 15 May. When I eventually got tracking information through the delivery date was Friday 16 may which was fine with me. Day of delivery I checked one last time and the consignment was in my local depot approx 15 miles away, so I went ahead and rented the tools necessary for the job for £200. The delivery company then told me they wouldn’t deliver it until Monday and I should come collect myself if I want it today. Then comes hiring a van at my own expense to go and collect it.
Tried to resolve this issue with paving slabs who do not seem interested in offering any help or holding their delivery partner to account.
If you want reliable delivery and communications I would avoid this company.
On the plus side the slabs look good and are well packaged.
EDIT: quite clearly not interested in addressing the grievance and haven’t bothered any contact direct, do yourselves a favour and shop around !

The Brazilian Black tiles you ordered were the final remaining stock and came from a different production batch. Out of responsibility to you, we identified this during our quality inspection prior to dispatch.
As a result, we recommended either switching to another colour or issuing a full refund. Once the replacement colour was confirmed, we arranged delivery promptly, although this did cause a slight delay.
Fortunately, the goods have now arrived, and we’re very pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality — that’s what matters most.

Poor Poor Poor!!!! I want my money back!!!!!! Once payment made there is no way to speak to someone over the phone. Took time of work to accept a delivery that didn’t turn up. I have now sent a demand for refund. If I don’t get a reply to this today I will be contacting the local paper and taking this to socials and logging an official complaint with trading standards. Called a number to speak to Aman who had been showing on a email trail when I demanded to know what company he worked for he just hung up on me.

Our entire team has worked diligently to coordinate your delivery. Unfortunately, after the order was placed, we did not receive any confirmation regarding vehicle access for an 18-tonne lorry. As a result, the first delivery attempt failed, requiring a second attempt to be arranged.

Avoid this company at all costs still waiting for my order 4 weeks after ordering they said 3 to 6 days delivery customer service is a joke just one word answers . I was asked by email if access was available for an 18 wagon as it’s a single track lane the reply was yes just 100 yards past my property is a working dairy farm with livestock wagons in and out on a daily basis the driver was told over the phone when he rang me that he could turn round in the farm not a problem he was also told he could drop it further down the lane at a neighbours garage his reply was I don’t really want to reverse that far . I myself am a wagon driver and drive and park my grab on the farm so access is definitely not a problem! You gave me a delivery date of the 13 th I had someone on site waiting it never turned up I’ve sent you multiple emails for someone to call me nothing I’ve asked for a refund over 5 times still nothing! I want a refund I’ll order from a reputable company in future everybody needs to stay clear of these jokers

Beautiful buff porcelain tiles, excellent company
We ordered 2 pallets of 900x600mm buff porcelain tiles for a patio, without sending for samples first, and are delighted with the quality and look of them. The customer service was excellent as was the delivery driver. We were worried because we have a sloping driveway, but the pallets were brought down the slope and into our garage with a battery driven trolley, so all was safe going down, thank goodness. Five stars from us. Thank you.

You are unable to contact the company at all
The Phone lines transfer to a mobile number which is never answered - I have rang at least 30 times.
I asked for the delivery to be before Thursday and they advised I would have to pay next day delivery fee and it would be delivered on Wednesday which I reluctantly did.
On Wed it took me over an hour to get someone to reply to the live chat and they advised the slabs are being delivered on Thursday. When I complained all I got was "we will refund your £30" and still no tracking number . I have no faith in the company and that the slabs will be delivered any time soon
I have asked repeatedly for the tracking number and they have swerved answering this every time

I don’t want to give 1 star I ordered some granite slabs two weeks ago ago and still not received the delivery I’ve had numerous emails saying there in local depot etc and delivery company say they not received them . I had 3 delivery days and still not turned up . I also have waited in and had someone to do the work . I feel this is unacceptable customer service . Tried very hard to contact the company but the number is unavailable . I would try another company before you use this one .
