Absolutely unprofessional customer…
Absolutely unprofessional customer service. This company is a scam. They delivered wrong colour stones,I returned them and when I asked when the right ones will be delivered, they answered that the stones have already been delivered!! Utterly ridiculous. Now nobody answering my emails or phone calls and no money back, let alone the delay they caused for the project I'm workig on. AVOID this dodgy company!!!!

We sincerely apologize for the mistake made by our third-party warehouse (recently changed) during the shipping process. We have provided the customer with a full refund and issued a discount voucher as compensation.
Our previous third-party warehouse had caused a series of ongoing shipping errors, which led us to switch to a new warehouse recently. The new warehouse has been performing well so far.
Warning!
Warning!!
STAY AWAY from this company at all costs,
Ordered autumn brown sandstone paving,
Delivery was made and refused because the slabs were grey in colour,
The company is trying to charge £600 for the delivery and also will not cancel Another smaller order, even though that has not been officially dispatched yet.
Customer services are in China and you’ll be lucky if you can understand anything they say or when you try and explain your problem, they can’t understand you.
Save yourself a lot of hassle do not buy from this company…
Make sure you have a UK based company with UK customer services that understand UK customers needs and expectations.

Thank you for your review. You placed an order for several crates of Autumn Brown sandstone, expecting the slabs to have consistent brown colors. However, due to the natural characteristics of sandstone, each slab has unique color variations, which is part of its inherent appeal. We can confirm that there are no issues with the product itself. The delivery has been completed, but you have requested a full return. As is common in the stone industry, we have already incurred significant delivery costs and will also incur return fees, which are charged by the delivery company.
Additionally, our paving stone team works directly with overseas quarries and factories to serve customers in the UK, allowing consumers like you to benefit from the best quarry prices while maintaining high-quality standards. Our team provides both pre-sale and after-sale services in the UK, adhering to local laws and business practices. We have successfully operated our wholesale business in the UK for six years, consistently receiving positive feedback from retailers.
Your return will be fairly processed in good faith, in accordance with our company’s return policy. Once again, thank you for your understanding and support!
