STAY AWAY!!! App takes your money but machines don't start about one-third to half of the time and the support team DOES NOT REFUND. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could.

I was using it in my complex but there isn’t any WiFi or internet! I had to get a credit card to use the machines! I would go to the kiosk and enter as guest and when I was down I logged out! Since September 6 I haven’t used it but I am being charged for 7 transactions. My credit card was locked so I canceled my card, got a letter stating the cancellation but still more transactions are being done after the cancellation!
No phone number to call this company

machines never get fixed. have wrong numbers so theres mutiple washers 11 and bluetooth range is really bad.

I signed up for an account and deposited $25, immediately after which my account was deactivated.

Upon contacting support I was promised this would be fixed within 24-48 hours. It has been over 48 hours and my account is still inaccessible.

This is theft, and seems like extremely illegal behavior. I will be escalating.

Pay range robbed me of 150 over several charges. I got confused because I was playing cards on my phone and figured it was related. Amex sent money back to my card temporarily but just now there's a new 2.25 charge. This one from pay range directly. The 150 is via pay pal. Plus I had money on the app but lost it. Pay ranges response was to act retarded and blame me saying did I have another account or someone has your card. I'm really angry and upset. The other thing is I don't even have my amex card on file with them. I have an expired visa on file. And I'm still getting charges

This app is the worst. They dont process the refunds in time. I have a open refund from March & they havent even sent me the money yet! I cant make another request till they give me my refund from March! I cant get ahold of anyone! The email thing takes forever. Its just bad. Now I haveto haul my wet clothes to the laundry matt cuz im not using another machine of theirs here . I want to close my account and get my remaining balence back to my card. Do not use this please go to a laundry matt because they {laundry matt} will not only will give u refunds on spot but they also check their machines more frequently.

On July 25, 2026, Saturday morning I woke up and checked my bank account, which I always do the week before I pay rent, to make sure my balance is healthy. I had deposited $800 in cash on Friday. When I checked my bank's online app, I saw four ATM/POS withdrawals of $100 apiece from PayRange, a company I knew nothing about. I live in West Virginia and this company is HQ'd in Portland, Oregon. The withdrawals took place around 3-5AM in the morning while I was sleeping. I did a little research and found 65 complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau website and learned this company loads up laundrymat cards with funds, generally in the $5-$20 range. Most of the complaints reflected little "ripoffs" of small amounts like this. I am dealing with $400 in ripoffs from a service I don't even use. I have no explanation for what happened other than the fact that PayRange is doing internet thievery and is a site you cannot trust. It put my ability to pay rent in jeopardy with these transactions. Fortunately, my bank could see this was out and out fraud and gave me a credit for the amount PayRange STOLE from me. I hope this company either gets slapped with huge fines for what they are doing to harm consumers, or it shuts down from horrible business practices. It's white collar crime day in and day out until accountability comes to pass.

I would give a zero if I could. A vending company used pay range in our firehouse. They sold and the new company did not use pay range. When I tried to get a refund I was told the last deposit was over 90 days old and the funds could be used elsewhere. There are no other machines anywhere near me.

I have 2 different accounts with different phone numbers. I have credits that I can’t access because it says I don’t have an account and they can’t find me. Waste of money loaded and gone..

Very poor customer support. I am an operator and have recently had someone hack into my account and stole 4 ACH and redirected them to a bank in Minnesota. Upon finding this issue I contacted Payrange support and so far, crickets. No one to discuss this with. I have been a customer for over 4 years and have built the number of weekly sales in payrange to 4 k/week. I am actively searching for another mobile app supplier. I am working with someone in the Eastern time zone since I am located in Michigan that has a much more comprehensive system with better interaction with my customer base. Should be ready in a month to transition to them. I am totally fed up with them.

I wasn't sure about having to use an app at first, but so far, the service has been great. It's much more convenient than getting quarters and putting them into a machine.

Recently, the dryer I was using shut down unexpectedly (lost power -- no idea why). I contacted PayRange, and they not only sent me a refund very promptly, they also notified maintenance to repair it.

It's easy to use, saves time and effort, and has good customer service. What more could you want?

I had to use this for a local laundromat to wash my winter comforter. I only needed $10 and thought I was only loading my card with $0 setting but the way the default was set was for $25. When I tried to get a refund a year later they said refunds were only for within 90 days. BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO OVERLOAD FUNDS BECAUSE YOU WONT LIKELY GET IT BACK. The app is very deceptive and misleading for the consumer.

I would appreciate if the special offers earned by earning enough stars would STAY applied to the machine I apply them to. I hate thinking my load will be free only to get charged because I didn't reapply the offer. Other than that this app does what it should and is convenient.

I was a new user to pay range, and I made the mistake of trusting "payrange-app loader." The moment I created an account and added my payment information, those thrives attempted to charge my account $39.99. Luckily I have fraud protection so my bank immediately notified me. While I was working with my bank's fraud department, these thieves attempted to charge my account 3 additional times. Luckily they were unsuccessful since my card was immediately restricted, but having to deal with this while on vacation has totally pissed me off...

I cannot recommend Adam highly enough! For the past two years, our laundromat has been struggling with a frustrating compatibility issue between our PayRange devices and ESD card readers on our dryers. We couldn't find a fix anywhere until we connected with Adam.

A very bad company, very bad UI, very bad customer experience, annoying to deal with on the backend. Would not recommend. Trustpilot needs a 0 star option for these folks

Being entirely new to such technology for our laundry systems at our apartment communities can be a bit intimidating. The payrange team patiently worked with us to help get us up and running. The software interface is intuitive and comprehensive. By the time we had worked through a couple systems, we had it down. It is so much better than what we had, (card readers) but their system allowed us to use both so we could continue to service some of our more elderly residents who would not likely ever download an app. Special thanks to Tony, Ian and Christoph for jumping into the fray when we needed it!
