good thing to have Perkbox, not only about good vouchers also about the quick response from their customer service team

Purchased a £23 Matalan e-voucher. They can't use it in store as the information on the voucher sent was incorrect. So I'm £23 down and Matalan say that someone used it the pay for £20 of goods. Contacted customer service and no help whatsoever and while I was waiting was cut-off (intentionally I think) I called back and they looked it and said that there was nothing they could do and when I replied where was it purchased and by whom they couldn't tell me and them cut me off again! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT A JOKE!

Since I discovered Perkbox in June 2024 I have saved almost £300, and believe could have saved more had I realised how extensive it was.
I recently needed to contact customer support, and can't fault them. It turned out to be a third-party problem, all fixed now, and they kept me informed with regards to progress.
I love this app.

Brilliant service, saves me money, easy to use and the customer service really is top notch.

Despite an issue redeeming a voucher I used the chat to get a solution and Perkbox immediately sent me a new voucher to use, can't say fairer than that.

I had a query regarding the cost of one of the rewards - this was all solved very speedily - Thanks to the very responsive staff!

I was having trouble opening my voucher, as the company who generates them (Runa) was having some technical difficulties, and Perkbox (Helena was my contact) kept me informed and communicated very effectively during this period. The problem was resolved and I haven't experienced any further issues.

I encountered an issue over the weekend whereby I requested a voucher which was met with a payment declined message. I therefore resubmitted the request and this went through successfully the second time.

However upon checking my bank account I saw I had been charged for both requests.

I emailed Perkbox on Tuesday morning and Helena responded within a 2 hours to resolve the issue and issue the refund which was processed within a further 2 days.

These things happen, but they aren't always resolved with minimal fuss and speed, therefore big shout out to Helena for her help in this matter.

Helena was really helpful when I had an issue with downloading a voucher. She explained the situation and then went out of her way to ensure I received my voucher.
