My experience with Ian at Plumb life has been excellent. Ian has been friendly and helpful along the way. The company made the process of buying my first home less daunting and offered guidance. We had a right to acquire with plumlife and hadn't it been for them the process wouldn't have went so smoothly. Edward Keane was always available to answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and replied to our queries instantly. Thank you Edward for making the process easy for us.

My journey with the sales rep has been excellent. Ian and I have been communicating back and forth throughout the buying shared ownership process. Even though it took a while, we finally got there at the end. When presenting the keys, we had a tour throughout the house and he kindly showed me key access points. I am greatful to plumlife for making my dream of buying a dream property come true! 10/10

Polite and professional
We can’t fault the team at plumlife at all every phone-call and meeting was always very polite and professional, we dealt with Ian and he couldn’t do more for us on the journey of purchasing my mums property. He guided and helped us with every step along the way even when things got complicated with solicitors and went above and beyond in my opinion. We can’t thank him enough for his assistance.
The only thing I have to say is it does take a while to sort out any snagging issues or report anything through plumlife over the phone or though email and this is something they could work on but as we live on an active site they do have someone on site to go and see which is a lot easier but won’t be once they are no longer here.

Smooth transition into my new home
I moved into my new home 2 weeks ago & have to say, my experience with Plumlife has been exceptional so far. I initially dealt with Kelly, and then Ian. Both have been super helpful, kept me informed along the way and accommodated any needs I’ve had - responding quickly to all my emails & phone calls.
On the day of move in, there was a delay (with solicitors) with myself & another family. It went on late into the evening. But Ian stayed around, going above & beyond to do all he could to help. This was very much appreciated.

No communication at all weve chased every phone call up to find out what stage we was at ,doesn't ring you back,has your mortgage in prinsiple sitting there for weeks before it was listed we was at the front of the queue to tell you the house you was interested is now gone disgracefull was told 3 week ago we cudnt reserve this house either
