I used this website to find a company to repair a leaking ice maker water line, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The website referred me to Puls, whose technician arrived late and charged over $300 for what amounted to gluing a leaking plastic water tube instead of performing a proper repair. I even had to remove the block of ice from the ice maker myself—the technician didn’t do it.
To make matters worse, I was offered a “warranty” that required paying an additional $200+ to replace the water tubing. The glue repair lasted only about a week before the leak returned.
I understand that this website doesn’t perform the repairs itself, but I expect the companies it recommends to provide competent, professional service. Based on my experience, I have little confidence in the quality of the service providers it refers and would hesitate to use this website again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use independent contractors to service your appliances. The tech they sent over was not knowledgeable about my repair. I was expecting a tech with a van or truck. I got a tech with a car. On the website they state an $89.00 diagnostics charge. I was charged $109 dollars which they say will be taken off if you do the repair. He said I needed a drain hose for the washing machine and had to order the part. Once he had the part he informed me he is no longing working with PULS.
I contacted PULS asking for a refund. They refused. I am out the $109. I had to hire a reputable company to do the repair. It was the drain valve and not the hose. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hire a reputable company. Do not make the same mistake I did.

If I can give it zero stars, I would… it’s an insurance company that when you call them to service a complaint, they don’t send anyone out to you… they kept on scheduling an appointment and then canceling it saying they have no one. The issue was my dryer smoking so it was an emergency. customer services answer was hired somewhere yourself ……so I have to pay insurance company to call them so they could tell me to hire someone myself? absolutely ridiculous. I strongly advise against this company.

One specific technician came out 4 times and replaced the relay switch and then said it was the compressor. That was a load of crap because it works on and off now.

Called PULS to look at refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Technician came out and said the coils need to be cleaned and charged $270 to vacuum clean. We went on vacation and returned to a refrigerator of rotting food. Asked Puls to return, the technician said we needed a new thermostat for $300+. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a local repair shop. This technician did an inspection and verified that the thermostat was working properly. But, the coils were extremely dirty, he took videos showing that the coils were in fact not cleaned. I sent videos to Puls and asked then to honor their service guarantee and clean the coils. I only got a BOT and no effort to resolve the issue. Zero customer service. Price gouging and basically a sham company Beware - Do Not Use...

This platform is not useful. I scheduled service for 12p-2p. Technician called at 9:30a & wanted me home at 10a. Then he told PULS I cancelled the appointment when it was his decision to not wait until 12p. I rescheduled with another technician and PULS granted me a 10% discount on the service call. Only they couldn’t find another technician and outsourced me to an independent who charged 10% more without my knowledge or consent. I am so GLAD I didn’t enroll in the monthly service. This is a platform that uses independent contractors who have no real ability to ensure professional, timely access r reasonable service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
