I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Tech came after the 2 hour window. Said last appt ran long, but the automated message said my technician was on the way one hour into the window. He came - ordered a part - charged a lot for the part. Said it would be here by two days. Six days later after several text confirmations of the follow up install appt, the window comes and goes. I have to call them to find out what is going on. They can't reach the tech. Then when they finally do reach the tech - they learn the part is not yet in. The company has no record of the part ordered, price charged, nothing. ONLY the technician So an hour and 15 min after my service window closes, they are still telling me they "are under the impression" the part will arrive today". And they want me to schedule another 2 hours of my life to install when they still don't have the part. Unbelievable.

I wish I could leave zero stars

I wish I could leave zero stars. I booked my wall mount appointment and moved my work schedule around this appointment. The tech was supposed to arrive between 3 and 5. It was after 3 when I got a call telling me the tech was 2 hours out from my home and could I reschedule for late evening. I was furious. Instead of contacting me long before the scheduled window they wait until they are in the time frame of arrival. This was ridiculous. I found someone who was willing to come right away and do the job and charged me over 100.00 less. Go with West Tech they were in and out less then 30 min. This company is a joke and has no idea how to conduct business. Be very careful if you go with this company.

The service- person assigned to come to my home called me within minutes of scheduling the date and time to confirm.

It was easy to hook the appointment

It was easy to hook the appointment. The technician was great at communicating on the time and what type of service would be required for the repair. He was prompt, efficient and least the area clean, very professional. The service was more than I anticipated but overall great job

The technician appeared to be…competent, but expensive!

The technician appeared to be knowledgeable. It was very hard to understand him with his heavy accent and to where I expected it to be expensive, to be so much more than buying a new one was a shocker.

Above and beyond

Good communication! Both company and technician kept the customer informed of changes in status. Technician Brady is knowledgeable and experienced. He arrived at the end of a busy day to help with my refrigerator that was running constantly. He was methodical and correctly diagnosed a problem with the fan. His effort went beyond expectation, yet with a demeanor of sincerity. I highly recommend Brady and Puls.

Too expensive with two visits plus…

Too expensive with two visits plus part. Cheaper to buy new chest freezer.
Technician not confident in English, but did well with cell phone translator.

The tech told me he could not find…

The tech told me he could not find anything wrong and left. Five minutes later the microwave was doing the same thing that I told him was wrong was still wrong.

Hi Louise, thank you for providing your feedback. Team had your concern relayed to the technician and he mentioned that he notified you regarding the control board.

Our technician thoroughly tested all functions, including cycling the system open and closed multiple times.

Unfortunately, the intermittent failure indicates that the main control board is broken.

The manufacturer no longer makes or supplies this replacement part. Since the control board cannot be replaced, the unit cannot be repaired.

Nothing was fixed only checked out the dyer. He suggested vest cleaning only.

He made an appointment but your office emailed back—maintenance is not covered.

Do I get a refund?

Thank you for providing your feedback! Apologies as we'll not be able to honor your request for refund since assessment has been rendered. Based on the plan coverage, maintenance is not covered so this is to be handled under regular appointment. We do not usually service maintenance however, as a member, we can check with the technician if he can proceed with the service under a regular service and the $89 you initially paid will go towards the estimate and 15% discount will be applied as well. We are currently checking with the technician on the estimate, and we'll be keeping you posted via email on updates. Thank you!

Poor Service

I ordered service for my LG dryer repair. They provided an appointment with this boot-leg company called How High Construction. This company failed to show twice. Despite asking for time of arrival, they wasted my time. The first time they canceled within the last 30 minutes of a 3 hours wait time frame. This past Friday. Then it was rescheduled for Saturday, they canceled the last 15 minutes. Absolutely terrible. The rep was Virgil G. He demonstrated unprofessionalism. Very disappointed. The wasted time occurred 6/26 and 6/27/2026. They should pay me for wasting my time.

service tech did not respond or follow up

Originally the service tech that arrived at my home checked my freezer and said that he needed to come back later in the day. He also said that he would get me an estimate for a part replacement. He did neither of those 2 things. Never called back with the estimate and never came back to recheck the temp.

I contacted PULS and at first they refused to credit back my service charge. After providing PULS with additional details, the decided to give me full credit
