Technician tried to hustle me to pay him on the side when doing a repair. I reported to the company & they refused to send a new technician. My repair was never completed & I was forced to find a new company to get the job done. Negative five stars for customer service and repair work. Beware if you want an honest company. Do not recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Samsung washer. He took the time to explain what was causing the problem, answered my questions, and provided a fair and reasonable repair estimate. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Overall, the service was prompt, courteous, and informative. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair.

I would give them a negive 5 stars if I could. My new dishwasher was moved by a plumber for diffrent work and they did not reinstall correctly so i got a leak indicator.. saw puls on line and although they came quick, the tech did a sloppy job 10 min assessment said he adjusted it and of it doesn't work from there a big part would have to be changed out which was the first red flag, second he told me for that less than 20 min job he was charging additional on top of the $89 service fee. When the bill was printed the cost came to a ridiculous price $160 and bill stated it was for an hour + for work which was the next red flag, but I paid it cuz thinking that would at least provide a warranty for the work.... nope! Same day got same sensor leak, called back and sent email to the dedicated team for review and not 1 persons ever got back to me.. had to make x5 flipping calls to the support center was told I would get a full refund and then they renigged on that on the last call. Customer service sucked and in the long run I went to thumbtack got a actual tech that came out cleaned and adjusted my unit correctly and paid less than this scrappy puls company... if you are looking for quality services go somewhere else!

Well let's see, I have had to call this company PULS, three times to fix my fridge, and am bring told that when they can get the tech back out that they would let me know. As far as I see this it should be a priority to them since this would be the third time they are having to come out and fix my refrigerator, seeing that it was not fixed the two times before. This company does not care that I am without a fridge once again, I have to wait for them even though it's their fault my fridge is not fixed yet, I paid $407 for this service already and have been told if there is another part after I have paid for two parts already that I will have to pay for it as well. This is not a company that cares about their customers, to tell me after I paid $407 to have this done and still is not fixed and this will be their third time back out for the same reason as the first visit. Nothing new but the same thing is wrong as the first day they were here. I will not pay a penny more for them to fix my fridge for something that should have been fixed the first time, I will never us this company again. I wonder if channel 8 news would like to hear how this company treats their customers, when they can't fix something they say they are qualified to fix. They should be the one to eat anything from here on to fix what they came out to fix in the first place for $407, and still not fixed. You would think if it wasn't worth fixing them they would say something. I have a Whirlpool side by side fridge, problem: freezer keeps freezing up and fridge won't stay cool when this happens. Been told by other company's easy fix but guess not for this company's service tech.

Technician arrived ontime, however the website said $119 for the cleaning of my washing machine. When he arrived he looks at it, took some pics of it, then came and told me it would cost $249 to clean it.
It's not filthy, just had a mildew smell and is less than two years old.
When I explained that the website said $119 he said that is just for coming out, not the cost of the cleaning.
