Overall I was pleased with Rategenius. The reps I spoke with were polite, professional, and helpful. They got me a great rate on my auto loan considering the times we’re in and the application process was fairly easy. It did take longer than expected to complete and a little frustrating when waiting days for an update from the loan rep, but in the end all is good.

Best experience. Fast approval and follow up from all personnel involved. Loan was finished in 3 and funded overnight. Can not wait to refinance my second car with them.

Auto Refinance…I was referred to…
Auto Refinance…I was referred to Rategenius thru Experian credit website and that was the best decision ever! I was reluctant initially due to past credit history and thought I may not get approved. When I submitted my application Rategenius responded immediately and I was assigned to loan officer “Shrutika Pandey”…even though I was still reluctant due to various reasons with my process she always reassured me that everything would work out and she will go thru the whole process with me and not to worry…we will get thru it together. When my loan was finally approved I was so ecstatic and thankful Shrutika didn’t allow me to give up and because of her I’m able to continue on the up climb of my road of credit repair! Thank you Shrutika and Rategenius!

No explanation or receipt for $35 to open CU account for refi
While the refi process was pretty straight forward, Kathryn sent me an email with the remaining items needed. I was told I had to pay a $35 deposit to open an account with the credit union doing my refi. Even the "receipt" on the website indicated it was a deposit for the CU account. When I finally accessed that new account 1.5 months later, only $5.00 had been deposited. I emailed both my rep Sunny and Kathryn but received no receipt or explanation for what the $30.00 was for and no response to multiple requests for an actual receipt. Can you say scam?
