U havent done a washing yet and my touch bit for the washing machine was going from 100 to 55 so when my machine is full i will check it to see how it is going coz it was jumping from 100 to 55 i dont now if it is still doing that or not if it does when i do my washing i will phonexyou and let you now thanks for all your help

They are very easy to get your appliances covered and reasonably priced

Renewal of policy over telephone was done efficiently and no change to price which was appreciated. Confirmation of exchange prompt.

They have been very prompt whe I have had a problem at home and when I needed a replacement dryer, they were very helpful and even gave me a choice of which dryer I wanted.
What I like most about them is the peace of mind knowing that I'm covered.

This Company is a disgrace. DO NOT USE THEM.
we have tried to use them twice the 1st time after having the policy for over a year when we needed a. repair they decided they couldn't do it and offered a refund of the last 2 months premiums, i pushed back and got a replacment microwave of a much lesser spec. The second time was very urgent our amaerican fridge freezer brok down, they quoted me 48 hours before the repairs team would call me, then when i complained i was piut through they took the detials, it was 48 hours before they then wanted to book in an engineer, who then wanted to come the following monday and that was just to see what the problem was. As a family of 4 we couldn't do without the fridge so ended up purchasing a new one. I have just called to cancel the policys and have been told I cant I have to let the rest of the policy year continue until renewal time. Spoke to the guy wo was very abrupt and argumentative, they dont like it when you question them. STEER clear

Customer service was clear, concise and efficient!

I have been using Repair and Assure for a numbetr of years now for numerous houshold appliances. The most important part of this service is the fact that they always remingd you when your repayment is due, i have a 3 year plan, and reiew the current status of my appliances.
The sales and finance staff are polite and proficient with the renewal process completed qucikly and efficiently.
This company provides an excellent and reliable service.

The technicians were polite and on time They explained what they were going to do and were quick and efficient. Excellent service!

We had found a hole in the door seal of our washing machine and as we had a policy with Repair and Assure we called them just before the bank holiday weekend.
We were told that their system had gone down and we needed to send photos in of the problem and they would be in contact.
Waited until the following Wednesday and phoned them again as we hadn't heard anything and wanted to know that they had at least received the photos.
They had received them and had sent them to their engineer to have a look, would have been nice to have been informed of this but perhaps I'm being picky.
Waited another week and after phoning them again we were told that the engineer has the photos and will be in contact.
We are currently at this point almost 2 weeks after the initial call, so not impressed.
Got a call back the next day to say they can't repair it as it classed as accidental damage which isn't covered.
I was then offered a visit which would be charged for them to come out which I refused and I was then told that the policy will be cancelled and there will be no further payments taken. I was asked if this is ok which I agreed to as I was going to cancel the policy anyway.
My wife then rang their complaints line about having to wait 2 weeks to even get a decision about the repair, and the fact that we had to do all the chasing as they hadn't even bothered to let us know what was happening and leaving us 2 weeks without a washing machine.
The person in the complaints department was at best dismissive and didn't care about the poor service that we had received.
All in all i find the company is a waste of time and have little interest in the issues we had.
I did eventually phoned Bosch and they made an appointment on the phone for 6 days time, including the weekend.
No having to chase them for an update, just sorted out in the first phone call.
Just goes to show that the manufacturer is better to call.
What I take away from this ?
Never ever use Repair and Assure and when you buy an appliance make sure you register it.

Repair and assure make things easy to understand, calling before end of warranty to see if everything is working well, also a simple claim process. Professional customer service agents

This company is dreadful! I got an unsolicited call persuading me to change over my existing policy with domestic & general to them as it was exactly the same thing where they repaired the appliance or replaced it with the same or similar product. When my washing machine broke and they could not fix it they then offered me a hugely inferior machine (mine was a diamond drum samsung top of the range and they offered me a basic hotpoint model) I refused this as it was not the same or anywhere near similar. we have had numerous emails and phone calls with them and they are saying they dont have a samsung supplier yet it is plastered all over their website that they do! I was missold their product which is a criminal act and we are taking this further, they were given so many opportunities to settle the situation as per their contract of giving us a product of the same or similar spec but clearly their agents have been told at all costs not to do this. Unfortunately my partner is extremely well versed in this field so they have made a mistake by not giving us what we signed up for. We even offered that they just give us the equivalent of our machine in monetary terms and we would purchase a machine with it but they still refused. Bad move on their part. Do not take a policy out with these people they are crooks!
