Our JLL Property Manager Mr Zakariya Shahid was extremely competent in managing a recurrent episode of sewage leak crisis from floor above our apartments. He has arranged the necessary repairs & restorations, beside mediated partial compensation from owner that has caused the sewage leak. Well done.

5 stars for JLL and my property manager Maham Iftikhar! Maham recently handled a tricky end-of-tenancy cleaning dispute for my property, where the previous tenants refused to pay the full cleaning costs. Maham guided me through the TDS process with absolute clarity. Not only did she ensure we had all the evidence—including the check-in inventory and professional cleaning records—to support my claim, but she also answered a lot of my questions about the dispute process in detail, as this is my first time encountering this situation. Thanks to her thorough preparation, the TDS final dispute report awarded me the full cleaning cost, saving me nearly £400! Throughout the process, she was responsive, transparent, and professional. It’s a relief to have a property manager who knows the legal requirements inside out and fights for the landlord's best interests.

I highly recommend Lily Wang as a property manager. My experience with her has been excellent; she is consistently proactive, supportive, and quick to resolve issues. Recently, we required a couple of repairs in our ensuite, and Lily efficiently managed the communication between myself and maintenance to ensure the work was completed promptly.

This is my third year living in my current home. JLL is a great help and very professional. Finding my current apartment was a breeze, from the viewing to signing the contract and moving in. Especially earlier this year, when there were some minor issues with the apartment that required communication with the landlord for repairs, JLL's professional service was exceptional. My Property Manager- Keely Wesley, was particularly helpful, facilitating a lot between me and the landlord. I'm truly happy to have met the JLL team and Keely.

Terrible property management in Canary Wharf. Under a full management service, they claimed they could not get one of the bill accounts property set-up and asked me to constantly forward the bills and access the informations for them for over a year, which has been ridiculous as I went for full management service for a reason! Today I realized they have been in copy for all the invoices and just did not bother to read emails themselves. Also, there was no communication or update from the agents on matters, most likely you got auto-replies as the “normal working hour” is not long and they are slow in responses. Today, I only knew that our assigned agent went on paternity leave - people should go on paternity leave but JLL really should have arranged for coverage and communicated that clearly in advance given how long that leave would be, particularly when there is ongoing issue to be sorted out and tenant is checking out. Generally it has been such a hassle and mess throughout the entire process, I would not recommend their rental service at all, in particular if you are trying to do full management service for peaceful mind, that “full management” model is close to non-existent except for fees paid to them, we experienced two property agents, similar experiences not to bare minimum standards.

Our property manager, Chris Chan, has been exceptionally helpful, responsive and supportive during our time with JLL. He’s been always open for dialogue and we’ve not felt anything was amiss with him. We’re very grateful we had Chris!

Zakariya was very professional and supportive during our stay, in a flat managed by JLL. He understood any queries clearly and then had a high bias for action to get them addressed.
Due to Michael, Zak and amazing team at JLL, our stay was comfortable.
