My first apartment renting experience in the UK and had to say from the very start (viewing, moving in and checkout) the process with JLL has been super smooth. The entire team was also very responsive for any queries I had over the email and one time when I had an emergency, they followed in timely manner to resolve it.

Special shoutout to Alexandra Imray who helped me throughout during my final checkout process. They were super responsive, clarified any of my questions, connected me to the cleaning agency as well and helped me move out easily even when I was not in the UK.

Shaan worked quickly to get the gas boiler in our flat fixed - she communicated very well with us and worked with a sense of urgency to get the problem resolved efficiently.

JLL have managed our flat for 10 years now and during the coldest part of the year, the central heating boiler broke down. Shaan arranged an inspection and quotes for a replacement communicating quickly and efficiently with a replacement operational soon thereafter. Professional and attentive service from JLL.

One of the most disappointing experience I've had with a rental agency in London for many years. Nothing gets done or fixed in the flat, answers to our questions are ignored or only partially answered. Days, if not weeks, to hear back from simple emails. It strikes me as a company that took up on too many rentals to manage and they just don't know how to deal with it anymore. Our experience has been with the Greenwich agency.

Paige has been a great property manager throughout our stay. She has consistently supportive and ensured that any issues were resolved promptly, which is much appreciated!

My property was managed by Suth who has been a real star! Responses were always quick and very on the ball. It has been great working with him!

I cannot recommend Danny Greenland highly enough. From the very first viewing of our London apartment all the way through to completion, Danny was the driving force that made this move happen.
Buying property in London can be an incredibly stressful process, but Danny handled every hurdle with total expertise. What impressed us most was:
• Proactive Momentum: Without his continued persistence and "push" behind the scenes, I am certain we would still be waiting to move. He kept the momentum alive when things risked stalling.
