Excellent experience from start to finish! The ride-on car is well made, looks fantastic. Delivery was quick, customer service was friendly and helpful, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Our child absolutely loves it. Highly recommended!

My grandson wanted a dirt bike which he is getting for his birthday tomorrow 4th August. He choose it himself and is so excited. Delivery was very quick and delivery guys very helpful

Bought the 24v tractor and trailer at Christmas time for the son and he loves it, few days ago the sound stopped working i got in touch spoke to a girl called ashley who couldn’t be more helpful she sent me out a replaced part next day delivery and now working perfectly again. So big thanks to Ashley for fast communication and sorting the issue.

I recently ordered an electric ride-on car from RiiRoo as a birthday present and was really impressed with the whole experience. I opted for the assembly service, which made everything much easier and meant the car was ready to enjoy straight away.

The delivery date was arranged in advance and the order arrived exactly when expected. Everything was well-packaged with no damage, and the ride-on car looked exactly like it did in the photos on the website. The quality and presentation were excellent, making it a perfect birthday gift.

Although it's unlikely I'll need to purchase another ride-on car in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RiiRoo to anyone looking for one. Based on my recent experience, the ordering process, delivery, and product quality were all first class.

Lucy has been amazing. Solved my problem very fast and was lovely while doing it.

I wish I could give zero. They push for reviews immediately and I held off giving one. I purchased a oneATV and a utv for my two kids. Both arrived damaged, took over a week to get a replacement battery sent out for one, still not fixed it. Returned a broken helmet and an unusable trailer as it did not fit the quad. No refund 2+ weeks later. Refused delivery of a replacement quad after the suspension arms were bent on the first, and came with a broken fuse switch, and punctured tyre. That’s been back with them over a week now, and they have confirmed that it’s there. Still no refund - even when customer services manager promises an immediate refund. The other product I want gone too, this should have been collected last week, and still sat on my driveway 4 days later blocking access to my garage. £1000, 5 weeks and nothing to show for it. No phone number, customer support on email reply once a day if you’re lucky and live chat useless if it’s a complaint. Stay well away.

I had a very positive experience with RiiRoo. Not only did they delivery a high spec electric dirt bike promptly and assist with assembly instructions, when my son misplaced his keys they kindly sent a replacement free of charge.
Great company to deal with and would certainly recommend. Special thanks to Kayleigh for all her help.

Honey on live chat was absolutely amazing. I brought my son an electric motorbike for his birthday (which is in 4 days) as I started to put it together today I noticed that the charging port was broken, I anxiously went on the live chat thinking my sons birthday was ruined and spoke to the wonderful Honey who sorted out my problem within 2 messages. No hassle or stress, she said she will send the items that are damaged tomorrow so they will arrive on Monday ready for my son to ride on his birthday on Tuesday. I also asked for some pictures of how to fit the front wheel and she got straight onto her technician who emailed me a video. Honey you are an angel. Thank you so much for all your help today. You are a credit to your team.

Always great customer service from Ashley! We have bought a number of products over the years and they have always been helpful sending replacement parts or even adding in an extra when i forgot!

The Mercedes AMG65 was purchased for our 1 year old grandson. It arrived within a few days and although we were expecting to build it, most of it was already built so that was a great surprise. You can purchase add on items such as personalised number plates, parents remote control which we definitely needed! Customer Service is excellent and agreed to send out something I’d left off the order immediately! The truck itself is sturdy and is suitable for our grandson for a few years. Can’t wait to see him use it! Would definitely recommend this company👍

Bought this as a Christmas gift. After only 4 light uses, the drive chain snapped in two places and the engine failed completely.

When we contacted them, they refused to help, repair, or refund, saying their '30-day warranty' was up—even though UK law gives you rights for 6 months for faulty goods. They also messed up a replacement part twice, sending the wrong item despite agreeing to swap it.

They had a very dismissive attitude and basically told us it was our problem now. We had to go through our bank’s formal dispute process to get our money back because they would not deal with us fairly.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a child’s Christmas present. Please be careful buying here.

Purchased a 50CC quad for my son for Christmas. It lasted about 3 minutes. I immediately contacted Riiroo who ignored me for weeks. I had an independent mechanic look at the quad who was appalled at the poor quality and advised the engine had seized as it was so cheaply made and not for for purpose. Riiroo finally got back to me offering to accept a return at my cost (pallet delivery) where they would deduct the cost of the faulty engine as it was 'my fault' and any other costs they saw fit. This went on back and forth where I repeatedly reminded them of the consumer law whereby something should be fit for purpose and they repeatedly claimed it was my fault. We are experienced in using quads and so not a beginner by any means. We know how to use a quad bike.
In the end, several months later, I bought another engine from a better retailer costing half the amount and and a lot better quality as it actually works.
Terrible 'customer service', would definitely never recommend to anyone else. Complete waste of hundreds of pounds and time.
Thoroughly upset my child as he is only now 7 months later able to play on his Christmas present.

Amazing experience ordering a Gatlo ATV Electric tipper truck. We found ordering easy and straight forward. The add-ons were all available to add easily and once we completed our order we got instant confirmation. The delivery process from DPD wasn't great as their update information was often wrong or difficult to interpret, but it was eventually delivered safely. We had a small issue with some superficial damage to a motor, I emailed, got a response within an hour or two and a replacement was sent immediately.
I cannot praise their customer service highly enough, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Came to view a particular go kart which was one of the more expensive ones, when my son sat in it, it was slightly small for him. Rather then pressuring us to purchase Ash showed us another model which was within the cheaper range, he let us trial it out again no pressure the kids were playing on it for about 20 minutes. Overall we ecperienced Great customer service from Ash and rest of the team. very friendly and answered all my questions when I asked. They let you test out the products and give great advice. No pressure to buy just friendly customer service.

Got a second hand truck and needed a remote and the manual. Went onto chat and almost immediately was sent the link for the remote and e-mailed the manual. Wish everything was so easy nowadays instead of ai asking a hundred questions!

I purchased a children’s go-kart from RiiRoo in March. Unfortunately, it has only been used around four times because I only see my grandson once a month.
Despite such little use, the go-kart has already stopped working. It is fully charged, the red power light comes on, but when the pedal is pressed, nothing happens.
I contacted RiiRoo by email explaining the fault and asking how I could arrange an exchange or replacement under warranty. To date, I have received no response whatsoever.
I’m extremely disappointed, not only with the quality of the product but also with the complete lack of customer service. A children’s toy costing this much should last considerably longer than four uses, and customers should not have to chase a company just to receive a reply.
I am now leaving this review in the hope that someone from RiiRoo will finally contact me and resolve this issue.
