Great customer service but some of the…
Great customer service but some of the products are not worth the money .. first one came for my daughter pre built and the steering didn’t work . They replaced it very quick which was helpful and again steering didn’t work and the battery died in 15 mins .
I’ve just received a third car from them a different model and upon opening the box the wires are broken on the motors .. refund process is terrible as you don’t receive all your money back .. they don’t refund bundle prices they don’t refund maintenance work and also they don’t refund postage . So in all I am now over 150 pound out of pocket with a very very upset child ..

First class product and service and amazing value for money. I was looking for a quad bike for my 3yrs old for months. They were all well over priced until I came across Riiroo. The quad came within 48hrs. Was easy to assemble and excellent quality product. The quad is quick too on the higher level which my wee boy loves. Hats off to this small business.

The product broke in less than 2 years.
The product broke in less than 2 years.
Always looked after and kept indoors.
Was advised to buy new batteries as these do not last long unless you are throughout the year charging and using them. £80 later 2 batteries which you need a soldering iron to fit still no progress.
We bought the Landrover - kids loved it and now seemingly destined for the landfill.
Rather a cross wife too who said not to buy it as it will just break. I said no no its got great reviews online....

The company are a joke
The company are a joke. We spend our hard earned savings to buy what was supposed to be our childs one birthday present... Item was broken and not working, staff there are so rude and won't do anything to help. Won't refund anything. Won't replace item. Won't even give me a phone call. So rude and don't care about are bad service of them.

Very disappointing experience.
We purchased a children's electric quad bike as a Christmas present for our son. Unfortunately, the original battery was faulty on delivery and had to be replaced immediately.
After only around 8 weeks of actual use by our child, the quad then developed multiple further faults including issues with the on/off switch, axle/weld and motor. We provided videos and photographs to support our warranty claim and initially RiiRoo acknowledged what they described as a "faulty" switch and a "weld fault", arranging collection for repair.
What was particularly frustrating was that, after inspection, the narrative changed and we were told the faults were due to misuse and damage occurring during use. The quad was being used by a 3-year-old child in our garden, which is entirely within the product's advertised purpose and recommended age range. It was stored indoors when not in use and was never subjected to anything that could reasonably be described as misuse.
The battery issue was also extremely disappointing. The faulty switch became stuck, meaning the quad could not be reliably powered off and was effectively left permanently on. We maintain that the resulting battery failure was a consequence of that fault. Despite this, RiiRoo refused to replace the battery under warranty and insisted on a further £70 payment.
Throughout the dispute, we experienced repeated references to the quad being "abandoned" and threats that it could be disposed of if we did not make arrangements, despite there being an active dispute and ongoing email correspondence between both parties. We found this approach unnecessarily aggressive and wholly inappropriate given the circumstances.
Ultimately, we paid the £70 under protest simply to get the quad returned in a testable condition for our son. The quad has now been returned and appears operational following repair, but given the original battery failure on delivery and the multiple subsequent faults within such a short period of ownership, we have very little confidence in its long-term durability.
The quad may be enjoyable when working, but based on our experience I cannot recommend the after-sales support, warranty process, or the way customer disputes are handled.

Having reviewed your case, we can see that we arranged for the quad to be collected and returned to our technicians for a full inspection. Upon inspection, the vehicle showed evidence of physical damage sustained during use, including damage to multiple components. As part of the repair, we replaced a number of parts and returned the quad to you in full working order.
The only charge made was for the replacement battery. Batteries are classed as consumable items under our warranty terms, and our inspection found no manufacturing fault with the original battery. The battery had also been left discharged for an extended period, which can affect its performance.
Although no manufacturing defect was found that would have required the repairs under warranty, we replaced the other damaged components as a gesture of goodwill and only asked you to contribute towards the cost of the replacement battery. In many cases where damage is found to be the result of use rather than a manufacturing fault, the cost of all replacement parts and labour would normally be chargeable.
We're pleased that the quad has now been returned to you fully repaired and in full working order. While we appreciate that we may not agree on the cause of the faults, we stand by the findings of our technician's inspection and the resolution that was provided.
We genuinely wish your son many happy hours of enjoyment with his quad going forward.

bought a electric go cart for my daughter, arrived swiftly so no issues there, built today only took about half an hour from opening the box, did have a little niggle with the switches, but after help from charlie and ronnie managed to get that sorted easily, they did offer an exchange but as its my daughters birthday today it wasn't worth the meldown, the only small negative for me would be not being able to speak to a person, but the live chat does work and is helpful, just need a little paitence.
