Great customer service! Yarn is amazing and was shipped very quickly.

The yarn is soft. Looks great. I am creating a nice sweater with it. The price was good. I wish shipping was faster but I'm American and that has to be my moron president's fault somehow.

Very speedy service on a reasonably priced product. Very complete, clear email communication.

Really reasonable prices at Rito for Drops yarn and the shipping came more quickly than my experiences with LindeHobby. I’ll be sticking with Rito for the foreseeable future

Really happy with the service from Rito, but I was unimpressed with the Drops product I purchased. "Belle" yarn (cotton, viscose and linen) looks great but does not maintain its lovely twisted look when being knitted. I've tried using yarn from the centre and outside of the balls... no difference. I'd hardly call it a luxury yarn the way it behaves.

My yarn arrived much quicker than anticipated and it’s exactly what I ordered. Drops Air is so soft! I can’t wait to finish my sweater so I can wear it!

I order from them all the time and have yet to have any issues, the shipping cost is higher but the cost of the yarn tends to be lower so the cost is pretty similar to LindeHobby and WoolWharehouse after tariffs are applied. The shipping does take longer because of the customs process but that’s not really the companies fault, just the state of things. I haven’t had to reach out to customer service so I can’t attest to quality of the customer service. But I would recommend as they carry Drops and a lot of other quality yarn brands you can’t get in the states.

Good product, prices & customer service. My package actually arrived damaged and 2 balls were missing. I contacted customer service and they were able to credit me - and pay shipping. I'm currently knitting with the purchase - beautiful yarn!

I still have a pending charge on my credit card from January 4, 2026 despite my order not going through. Customer service is extremely slow (4 days to answer) and did not address the pending charge, just asked if I tried to place my order on a phone or laptop. Extremely frustrating and issue still has not been resolved.

the order came complete. that matters when you have a sweater planned out. you don't want to get shorted. also the wool yarn was nice to work with and I used a pattern that rito supplied for free spe cific to the yarn. I am just finishing up the sweater. Im telling everyone about Rito.

Website was easy to use. Yarn colors and descriptions were true and detailed. Placed 2 orders one arrived quickly the other one I have not received it seems to be on holiday in a USPS warehouse in Miami. Hoping it is found soon!

I am still waiting for my parcel. I did not get it. I need to get my money back if it’s not coming, this is terrible service.

My yarn was delivered only in a mailer, which was open when it arrived. The yarn was completely exposed and could have fallen out or been stained. It also took a while because it was stopped at customs, which is out of your control. I would recommend better packaging though.
