Too bad i can't give them a -0-!!! Cancelled my order because they couldn't reach me? They never even tried. And they cancelled so late i couldn't get another order somewhere else!!!

Do not use Ruth roses. They are an aggregator and Use third parties for their deliveries. My order was never received by the person who should’ve got it and they say it was. The proof of delivery they offered was not received by the person who should’ve gotten them. She did not sign for them. They’re proof of delivery is not usable since she never got them. They are very uncooperative and if I could give them zero stars, I would.

I ordered roses and they charged by credit card and they never attempted to deliver the roses. I then checked their ratings and I was blown away at how many people have had their special occasion ruined by this company.
If your thinking of doing business with these scammers, please check their reviews or you will also be disappointed.

This place is an absolute scam. I ordered the best arrangement they had for a funeral and they sent me an email 40 minutes before the service to let me know they had canceled the order do to supply issues, leaving me absolutely no time to order another one from somewhere else. Do not do business with these con artists!

Giving 3 stars because I was pleasantly surprised based on all the reviews I read after ordering. I assumed I was going to be scammed!

Flowers looked great and arrived on time. That said, they clearly have shady business practices and adding a service fee of $18 shouldn't be legal.

They are not a local florist and you should find someone who is.

Do not buy from this place they’re liars they make you pay for something and you don’t get what you paid for. Stay away.

I ordered the day before my loved one’s funeral, and did not receive what I ordered. I requested a full refund and was referred to a Nevada Store Policy and denied my refund based on a web order policy this store has although I ordered over the phone and this policy was not disclosed at the time or the Fact that I Live in New York. This is poor business practice I would advise against same day or next day delivery based on my experience. Especially if your adding things at an additional expense. After reading the policy that was emailed in response to my refund request I’ve realized that I received poor quality substitutions even with their policy stating equal or higher value of the floral substitutions.

Ordered wreath flowers ($350) for my brothers funeral out of state (GA) and a junk bouquet arrived a day late. After many calls to both Flowers by Eva and Ruth's Roses (Which is who is listed on the receipt) which mostly ended in a disconnection they claimed to have credited my cc 50% (not enough) but did not. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Should be arrested for theft!

Cancelled two orders because flowers advertised were not available. Replied with emails a day later after advertising same day free delivery but had an unadvertised $19.00 "service charge"
Complete waste of time.

Wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Flower arrangements don’t look anything like the picture. So glad I ordered the deluxe or there May have been only one flower in there

Well I was a victim. I wanted to buy my wife flowers for being my caregiver wanted to send them to her job. I searched for local florists online in her town where she works and Ruths Roses popped up saying they were local in her town. Ordering is easy toss the extras on 50 dollars quickly turns in 103 dollars. I gave them 30 hours from the time I ordered and in the instructions I put the window my wife would be at work. Needless to say the flowers never showed up.

So I called the number that was my receipt and of course it was for another country which isn’t a big deal. I asked them about the order and they said that they were being delivered and It was in a queue that they couldn’t cancel them, so I asked them for the physical address of the business I was gonna actually have somebody go there and they said that they couldn’t give me the business address so it’s a complete scam. There’s not much I could say other than if you’re reading this hopefully you didn’t order them like I did.

Update:
So flowers showed up 4 hours after I needed them. The flowers were not what I order they were missing the 2 balloons and a full size card. What a joke. They responded to my email with no substance and attached there terms snd conditions basically trying to tell me you got flowers go away.

After confirming an order I placed days in advance, this business cancelled my delivery the morning it was due to be received by my niece due to "supply chain issues". I spoke to a local florist and learned this business is just a middleman that takes orders and then fulfills them via local businesses, taking a piece off the top. For this very good reason, local florists won't fulfill their orders.
For my order in southern NH I went with Anne's Florals & Gifts, instead, who were able to deliver a same day order.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are horrible, one opportunity to deliver flowers, planned this a week before and they still could not get it right, did not deliver them

I ordered off the Ruth’s Roses website thinking I was ordering from a local family owned florist. Turned out that wasn’t true. They also do not tell you there is an $18.00 service charge tacked on at checkout. Those are 2 big negatives. After I ordered and told my daughter (she would be signing for them), I was told to check the online reviews. After reading them honestly I thought I was scammed or the flowers would not be nice. I was wrong! Although the flowers did come from a grocery store and not a florist, they are fresh and very pretty. They arrived on time and my other daughter was surprised for her birthday. I am guessing I just lucked out but did want to give them a somewhat positive review.

Total Scam DO NOT buy from Ruth's Roses.
I wish I had looked on line for reviews before ordering. I won't make the same mistake again!
I ordered same day delivery, I called to say if they couldn't be delivered same day to cancel the order. Two days later I received an email saying they were delivered. THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED! I've emailed multiple times, called 5X and get the same runaround. They said they couldn't do anything as the flowers were delivered. I asked for the exact date/time so I could check the ring camera. Of course they couldn't provide this. Terrible people!

This is the WORST customer service company I've ever experienced! Failed to deliver my order for my wife's birthday, no delivery, no call to let me know they could not fulfill order, but I did get an email saying "your funds will be returned in 3-5 business days. We'll it damn well better be! I hope your business crumbles, you don't give a s#*to about ruining people's special days! To hell with Ruth's Roses you totally suck!

I am deeply disappointed and hurt by Ruth’s Roses Flower Shop for completely failing to deliver the flowers I ordered for my cousin’s funeral service on June 13, 2026. Despite paying in full and arranging for the flowers to arrive at the church for the 9:00 AM service, the flowers never showed up. Their poor communication and lack of responsibility caused me immense emotional pain and shame in front of my grieving family. This was a deeply important and sensitive occasion, and their failure added unnecessary distress during an already heartbreaking time. They never even arranged the flowers even though i fully paid and scheduled to be delivered at 9am on June 13, 2026 three days before. I was the one who had to call several times when they failed to deliver. They kept telling me that the driver is out delivering and they were unable to reach him. After numerous calls to the customer service, I was told that they never made the flowers because they were out of fresh flowers. This was deceptive and heartbreaking adding to our grief of loosing my cousin. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Ruth’s Roses with any occasion and if you do you will face a heartbreak.

I was going to write a HORRIBLE review, but I see that 95% of nearly 1,000 reviews are already 1 star. There's really nothing more that I need to say.

I should have checked reviews before ordering. Their site is all pretty, "locally owned". It's a lie. I should have known when I called and talked to the person this was a scam. I thought, I should just hang up. But I didn't. Said it would be same day delivery, gave them the information, they confirmed and it was all set. But then I got an email this afternoon stating "I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order" Luckily I looked up my account and they did credit it me back so I don't have to contact the CC company but I wish their site could be taken down. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
