As a tenant, Stephen's been an absolute pleasure and a godsend to work with. Having had multiple bad tenancy experiences, I am truly very grateful to have Stephen on board taking care of everything so well. Stephen and his employees go above and beyond for their clients and tenants, are very transparent in their communications and liaison between landlords and third-parties, very detail-oriented and well-prepared, and most importantly, are very responsive, reliable, and I trust him to take care of everything with integrity. I feel like Stephen has the tenant/client's best interest at heart, and truly listens. This is honestly the best tenancy experience I've ever had and I would recommend Stephen to anyone looking to rent/buy.
