Stephen at Sanders Property has been absolutely brilliant, he is so professional and 'on the ball' and has made the process of renting a property so much easier. I am a big fan of working with Stephen - he's always been incredibly helpful and rapid, providing whatever I (or the tenant) needs, while providing the most competitive pricing I've seen - highly recommended

Rented my house through Sanders Property. Superb service from start to finish. Friendly and personalised service. Quick to respond to questions, knowledgeable and patient with me (as a first time renter I had lots of questions!). Highly recommend over the bigger agents in the area as only dealt with Stephen, this helped build rapport and trust.

Fantastic experience with Sanders Property. Dealt with every query promptly and honestly. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you

I've had the pleasure of being a tenant under Stephen’s care for the past four years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From day one, Stephen has been incredibly responsive, courteous, and helpful. He treats tenants with genuine kindness and respect, which makes such a difference in the rental experience.

In fact, when it came time to move, I chose my second flat specifically because I knew Stephen was the agent. That’s how much I trusted and valued the way he manages properties and looks after tenants.

It's rare to find someone in this industry who consistently goes above and beyond, but Stephen does just that—always professional, always approachable, and always looking out for the people he works with. I feel lucky to have had such a smooth and positive experience for all these years.

Excellent customer service - Stephen is very responsive, which has made our move (as tenants) very easy. Any queries / issues have been actioned quickly. Overall very happy with the service.
