I'm happy with the window that Sash Windows installed, but they messed up the measurements and did not get back to me in the time frame that they had previously stated. In the end I had to call them several times to find out when they were planning to install the window, since they didn't keep me updated.
The installation was very good though and I'm happy with the product.

Had two upvc sash windows fitted plus some major work to the concrete cills for which some one-day scaffold was required.
The company was local to me.
Had to wait a while before the fitting date(a month or two).
The customer service was excellent and the workers turned up on time, very professional, good quality craftmanship.
There installation was completed to a high standard, so no bodging took place.
Very pleased with the new sash windows .... they are so much better than the previous casement windows.

Excellent product and service

We could not have asked for better service. The two guys that installed our new windows worked tirelessly; the job proved more difficult than estimated due to the discovery of damp timber but they worked longer hours in order to try and complete within the specified time. We could not recommend them more highly.

The whole process has been a pleasure. All staff that I have been in contact with have been courteous, helpful and efficient. The installation team were the same and did a terrific job. The installers exceeded expectations - respectful of COVID requirements and incredibly tidy during the install. Such attention to detail that I don’t need to redecorate around the new windows.

I was very pleased with the service delivered by Sash Windows London Ltd. Measuring up was efficient and careful, the window itself is beautifully made and the installation was quickly and cleanly done. Now that the window is fitted the improvement is vast - it looks great and the room is now quieter and warmer.

We need to replace every window in our house but are doing a little at a time because the cost is prohibitive. This company installed 2 PVCU 'traditional' sash windows for us and did a great job. Ideally I'll stick with them until we've done the whole house.

James was very informative, taking the time to explain all the options and to answer all my questions. Elvin and Kev were friendly and worked very fast to get the 2 windows done in one day, cleaning up afterwards and showing me how the windows worked. A small gap/crack appeared in one frame after installation but the company rectified it without any fuss and within a few days.

The windows look great and have transformed the rooms.

My first complaint is the price and my second complaint is the 50% deposit. Their prices are similar to other quotes I had but I can't understand why prices for this work are so high. Most home-owners would not be able to afford this, so I'm guessing it's landlords who help keep prices up. This market neds to be looked at if environmental concerns about energy use are to be addressed by everyone having decent windows.

Arrived on time. Put dust sheets in communal hallway as well as apartment. Did the job in record time and left, having cleaned behind them. The windows look fantastic.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They were quick to correspond and very helpful in the early stages. The windows were installed professionally (and safely during the Covid period) and are of high quality. They quickly fixed one small snagging issue. I would thoroughly recommend.

Well run, easy to deal with window fitting company. New pvc double glazed window installed to a high spec. Whole process from start to finish has been a breeze, from initial consultation, survey for measurements to install work. Fitted within 2 hours. Very impressed.
