Excellent quality of windows, but installing team was by far the best team! 8 windows (with complex set up) installed fast, in 4 days. The team left the house spotless, including between the working days.

I would highly recommend, even if the price is higher than some other vendor, but worth for the peace of mind!

The installers of our windows were amazing. They were polite, friendly, respectful, caring and most of all masters of their trade. They knew what they were doing and were in and out in the promised two days (installing four windows). The windows are beautiful and effective. This is the second time we have used Sash Windows, and we will be using them again.

Windows are ok, installation was a nightmare. Incorrectly sized window (1 of 3 in a bay window) arrived which meant that we were left with a half-completed job for 2 months with constant dust and debris from the exposed masonry which made our kitchen and dining room unusable until we employed builders to remedy the situation after 3 weeks. Communication was the worst I have ever experienced. With all good intentions, mistakes happen but Sash Windows London is not equipped, or professional enough, to deal with them.

I have used Envirosash twice for large sash windows. Both window units have been excellent. Both came with the right paint and fittings first time. Both were fitted well and in good time.

Great service throughout from initial quote through survey and installation. Fun, friendly and helpful staff. Very pleased with the finished product. Interior glazing has cut traffic noise completely.

Sash windows were very professional from the start process and helpful in providing us with what we needed for our property in our price range. The installation guys were efficient and tidy. They communicated with us if there was a delay with something and talked us through the process.

We had traditional wooden sash windows replaced with UPVC double glazed sash into existing frames on the promise that it would significantly reduce traffic noise
Windows were installed in a rush, didn’t fit properly, just trim and silicone filling gaps. One window I could see outside from the bottom corner. They have been good coming back to try and fix the many issues from shoddy workmanship but I have wasted my money and after just 8 years need to replace them again.

Great friendly service and fabulous result with no need for redecoration which we were expecting to have to do. Would 100% recommend. Workmen friendly efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

We had new windows put in by Sash Windows London about 5 years ago and a 10 year guarantee was provided. We had problems with their installation and had to call them back a couple of times to complete the job properly. We've just had one of the frames come loose and they have denied all responsibility. On inspection of the interior of the installation its clear the quality is not good. However they will not even visit to inspect the defects.

The best windows company in the UK. No push sales like the others. The representative explained me all the options and let me choose the most suitable one. I got my windows installed after 1,5 months. The installation was smooth, team was super clean and friendly. My windows look amazing, there is so much change in terms of isolation improvement already!

Update: 1.5 years later my windows are still in great condition. There was some draft issue with one of the windows but when I called the engineer they fixed it within few days. I am still happy!

team turned up on time, observed all the distancing rules, were finished by 1pm and were very neat (no need for any redecoration or touch up) and left place clean and tidy. thank you for a great job
