Excellent service, very happy and would recommend!
I was pretty apprehensive about getting new windows since it's a big decision and a large amount of money. I got a few quotes and went with Sash Windows London Ltd because the person who came to do the initial inspection, Bryn, was very personable and explained everything with very minimal pushy sales tactics which I had received from other companies.
It wasn't the cheapest quote I got but the reviews made me feel reassured and being able to visit the showroom was super helpful and the woman there also explained everything very clearly.
After booking the windows in and paying the deposit all communication by email was clear and they were very responsive, this has continued throughout.
The installers, Mirel and Ivan were great. They were very polite and approachable and did a fantastic job installing the windows generally. They cleared up very well themselves so there is minimal tidy up for me to do which is ideal.
The windows themselves look fantastic and seem to be a really high standard and fit perfectly.

2nd time for me, had back windows done six years ago. I still got three quotes but chose SWL based on my previous experience. Front windows done, already proving their worth. Front bedroom still warm despite radiator not working. Excellent service, great products working together for customers.

We were so impressed with the job they did on our neighbours windows, There was never the question of deciding who to hire. They are very professional, skilled and efficient. The quality of the product is superb and the job they did was first rate, including clearing the site after they had finished.

Choosing a company to install new windows is often difficult as there are a myriad of operators..I hit on the Sash Window Company a couple of years ago and was immediately struck by their professionalism, care and competitive pricing, and I was rewarded in my choice by the outcome. Two years on I am having further work done, and I have encountered the same level of customer care, and importantly to me the same personnel in place to help.

My whole experience replacing two sets of sash windows with Sash Windows London was excellent. The estimate turnaround was fast, communication was good, they finished the work in the two days proposed and when their was a small niggle, they were helpful and responsive with the fix.

The company delivered a fantastic service. I was initially sceptical about choosing UPVC sash windows rather than wood sash. However the quality is amazing and it is hard to tell the difference. The sales process was really easy and unlike other companies I spoke to I didn’t feel like I was under any pressure. It is clear the company was confident with their product which sells itself. After agreeing to move forward the process was extremely smooth. Installation went ahead as scheduled. I had other trades on site and they were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the operatives. I was extremely happy with the whole service. I have already recommended the company to a neighbour who is also moving forward with replacing his windows. The company is not the cheapest but this is a clear example of you pay for what you get both in terms of service and quality of the product.

Almost 8 months ago I had new windows fitted in my flat by Sash Windows London, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results so much so I had them return to fit a new door this month. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.
The team is highly professional, arriving on time and working efficiently throughout the entire process. They took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly and left the place spotless afterward.

The whole experience with Sash Windows London was excellent from start to finish. I visited the showroom in Battersea and the sales representative talked through the different options. I was keep informed of the installation date and provided very useful information of what to expect on the day.
The installation team arrived on time, they were very professional and friendly. They ensured they cleaned up after the work was completed and ensured I was happy with the job before departing. A pleasure to have worked with a professional outfit.

The installers were great—very client-focused, tidy, and courteous with good workmanship. Very pleased with the quality of windows. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sales team as they didn't allow for (Scaffolding ) access to remove and install the windows, and I had to make a separate payment for this, albeit at a discounted rate. At the time of placing the order, I was told that I would be getting moulding to replicate my neighbour's, which didn't happen. When I flagged this up, no one came back to me with a solution until it was too late and the job was finished.

I can’t fault the company. At every point in the process they were approachable, helpful and thorough. I’m very pleased with my 2 new windows, and Mirel and Marius who carried out the installation were courteous, efficient and tidied up very thoroughly before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sash Windows Company.
