This review is a bit late, our new windows were installed 11 months ago. I couldn't be happier with our new windows. We received excellent service from Sash windows and James. The process was quite complicated with scaffolding and pavement licenses but they were so helpful and flexible that they managed to pull through this project.
After almost a year, the windows work great and are really beautiful.

Sash Windows London did an excellent job replacing old wooden single glazed sash windows with uPVC ones! They replaced all windows on our Tooting terraced house.

The quality of the workmanship and professionalism from Gary and Kyle who did the fittings was exceptional! Excellent during the job and the quality of finish is excellent.

The quote (Andrew) and the survey (I unfortunately can’t find my surveyors name) were both excellent. Both spent time answering all my questions and very genuine to work with. Never any pressure to be forced into an option and provided info on all the different types of materials available.

Would highly recommend Sash Windows London.

We had two double-glazed bay windows installed by Sash Windows London Ltd last week. From start to finish the communications were fantastic and the products themselves are lovely (wood grain-style uPVC at the back, timber at the front). Our windows are unusually tall and we had old shutters to work around, which must have proved a challenge. The price was also a much better deal than the others I compared with.

I'm so impressed by the professionalism and pride in their work displayed by everybody we spoke to:

- Andrew, for the initial callout and measurements
- Tony, who did our survey
- Mat and Kacper, who did the fitting
- Andy, who followed up regarding some missing accessories less than a week later
- Mirel, who arrived 20 minutes after Andy to fit the missing accessories
- And the communications staff who were always prompt to respond to queries and send over documentation.

Even the slight product hiccup on the casement window just proved how great the customer service is. We'll definitely reach out to you again for future projects.

Amazing company well looked after from start to finish. Fitters and office staff and management all very friendly and efficient.

Unlike some window and doors, companies, this company gives you a price without demanding an immediate answer and pressurising you with a discount.
They spend time making sure you are happy before the contract is finalised.
The workmen are thorough and competent. The work done was very good, and we are very pleased with the result.
There was one issue arising from the work, but it was dealt with immediately, and without fuss.
I would say that they are worth considering.

I had moved to a new apartment with beautiful large windows but found that I was rather cold last winter so after evaluating various window companies, I decided to ask Sash Windows London for a quote along with a couple of other companies.

What impressed me was the courteous service provided - from the quotation, to the estimator and across to dealing with the office staff.

The quality of the 8 large windows seems to be good and I am most thankful for being much warmer and far more comfortable in my home this winter.

Furthermore, I have noticed that the noise reduction from the traffic outside is substantial which is also very beneficial.

Rarely am I so motivated about a company to come online and sing their praises – but Sash Windows is really worthy.

We wanted to get some old windows replaced, and contacted a number of companies – well known national brands as well as brands local to us in South London. Sash Windows out did most on price, and didn't use high pressure sales tactics like the others. They were confident in their product, and we're so glad they were able to communicate that so effectively because our new windows have completely changed the state of our flat.

Staggeringly, they removed our old windows and replaced them with the new spec (PVC, although you could not tell the difference to our neighbours who have timber) within one day. Two fitters arrived at 9 and were gone by 3 – we were gobsmacked.

I could not recommend Sash more – they are a brilliantly run company, who value and look after their clients from start to finish. The whole process was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This personal experience with the company has now became pathetic. I wanted to let this drop but the response I received from, seems like a particular individual is against my professional standards. When I truthfully shared my experience a month ago,I was accused the story I listed below was a false allegation. I was asked by Trustpilot to submit evidence which I did. I was told by Trustpilot all the evidence was true so the review remained. On 19 Feb 2024, I was told they made the second accusation that my review contained illegal information. I was informed by Trustpilot they were conducting another investigation.then trustpilot responded to their second claim that they found nothing illegal with my review hence it stays. Here is the story.
Last year, we had a couple of correspondence and they asked me to send the measurement. I emailed them the measurement on 23 November and they replied: "Please give me around 48 hours, and the quote will be with you". I never heard back from them and today is 27 Jan." I wrote to them making them aware that I went with another company and I guessed they were not bothered with my order. I don't believe a company that doesn't deliver what they said they were going to do against a timescale will deliver the product.
They responded with "we promptly responded to", that is blatantly lying. If I sent you a specific window size, I expected a quote as they promised. Not a leaflet. How disgraceful. Full of dismay.
@ Francesca Coleman-Carr, who responded to my review. You firstly claimed my story was false without any investigation at your end. I feel embarrassed for you for making such flippant comments. It is lazy behaviour as accusing people of their review doesn't take any brain cells or efforts. As the gatekeeper for your company, you don't live up to the basic standard. on 26 Feb you said you apologized for your mistake. No you didn’t. If you personally had done so, I would dropped the case. In addition, What is it got to do with me writing an honest review? Today, you wrote "we know my contact details and will be taken into further". You have taken it further twice and failed twice, didnt you? I have also informed my legal advisor. I will also be taking it further. As for your comment, I seem to leave lots of negative reviews. This is because to me, doing a good job for customers is a given. I don’t expect people to praise me for doing my job. But having said that, I have dealt with many reputable companies, you remind me I should leave positive reviews which I will be doing. It’s a shame it has to progress like this.

We are very pleased with our new Sash windows from Sash Windows London.
The whole process was very professional from the quote right through to the finished product.
They were honest and stuck to the agreed timeline which meant we have the windows in before Christmas.
Happy to recommend them and there services.

I requested a quotation from this company to install a bay window and a door. Alex came to my house to evaluate the work. He provided a quote, everything was going well. I accepted the quote and paid the first instalment as requested, I was told that there is a waiting time of 10 weeks until the installation is completed. The payment was done on 5th October. On 23rd of October someone came to my house to do the survey, an email followed on 8th November indicating that there will be extra costs and requesting me to acknowledge it, I did this on the same day. After that I heard nothing, until the 23rd of November when I was told that they have miss-calculated the cost of the windows and they were cancelling the order. I was appalled, after all this time they decided to cancelled my order. When I enquired about the refund of my deposit, I was told that the company will process the refund but I was not given any dates. I needed to contact the company to request the money to be refunded. They basically had it for more than 45days and did nothing to deliver the windows.
Be aware when you request a quote from this company and enter into a contract.

Had two new wooden sash windows to replace rotten old ones. Great service from start to finish - from intial enquiry, to quoting to installation. All great and the windows look fab. Worth paying a bit more for this quality of product and service.

I ordered two bay windows, for the grand and first floor, the project cost is 23K. After the installation I had to hire professional builders to rebuild walls and moldings around the windows. There were multiple cracks, that was filled in by soft material and just roughly repent by glossy paint by the Sashwindows installation team. Its a pity I cannot add pictures here, its impressive. I paid another 400+ pounds for the reinstallation of the shutters, its already broken, and was install wrongly. Still i am waiting for some one from the company to correct all external parts and cracks. I would highly recommend to discuss in details the quality you want to get after the installation. This company is incapable to complete the work with common standards. You should keep in mind that you will need additional builders and painters to complete the job. Plus, I was told that the installation will take two days, it took 5 days. Plus, for me it was essential to repeat old victorian design of the windows, to did not happened and i had to pay extra to make it. So, I am very very unhappy, do not repeat my mistakes

Used SWL for the first time and chose them over several other window companies. Had a couple of snagging issues after the initial fitting, but everything was fully resolved to my satisfaction. The materials are all high end including the finishes. Thought their customer service was great in terms of getting everything resolved. Some of the fitters that came were exceptional. Used them for very large wooden sash windows and a casement window and honestly wouldn't hesitate to use again. Really pleased with the end result.

Consultation regarding the quote was informative as well as any follow up questions that later emerged.

The installers arrived on time and explained what.they were going to do. The Windows were re measured again to check that everything were to specification and good to.go.
They protected their working area and cleaned up.
It was smiles from me from start to finish.
It's so refreshing to be presented with workmen who take pride in their work and are concerned that the customer is satisfied. The men were polite throughout. A credit to their organisation.

It's worth paying a bit extra for a Professional Job well executed.
I have and will take every opportunity to recommend Sash Windows London.

Great service. Only issue was delayed start date. However overall very happy with service and product! :)
