First order never arrived. Issues with missing products, no tracking number ever supplied, refused to cancel and refund my order. Offered to then help me cancel my account and then sent a long winded email about how only I could cancel my account. After one month waiting I still have no tracking number or order, and they have now debited me a second time, surprise surprise, no order confirmation or tracking number. This is a scam and I will be reporting to Australian consumer affairs. Don’t risk it.

As first time customer, i thought it was a great idea so i decided to try out. Sign up for the box in February... They came back quickly telling me they were out of stock on some items, to choose a replacement for them. So i did. Ever since, silence. No shipment link, no updates, nothing. Fast forward to March, not only i have not received the box from February, i have now been billed with the March box. As a first time customer, this company does not provide me with much trust and reassurance. I know feel like i have been scammed, 58euros is not cheap (considering the price of korean beauty)... and i have been billed twice without any products arriving at my footstep.
Obviously cancelled my subscription and trying to see if by any chance i can get my money back, which i think will be mission impossible.

So happy I tried Seoul Beauty Club, hands down the best investment in your skin. The price is right for full sized, yes full sized products. Outstanding customer service is ever needed. Highly recommend.

I am a huge fan. I’m on my second box and already can’t wait for the next one. I am not especially well versed in skincare or what to use or what to get. I also am not a fan of spending a ton. You get an average of $75+ worth of items each box. It’s 100% worth the price. I have discovered brands I’d never ever know about if it weren’t for Seoul Beauty. My skin is also GLOWING and I am not exaggerating. My friend thought I was wearing makeup the other day. I wasn’t. I just have an amazing skincare routine now. Immediately I recommended Seoul Beauty to her. I could gush all day long. They’re responsive, quick to ship, friendly on price, and the value is amazing.

So far I am loving getting to try the items in my curated boxes! I’m sure others have mentioned this company is still getting their legs underneath them because of their massive growth. I needed some help and Leo was able to help me with this month’s box. You may need to have some patience with them, but so far I am enjoying the community they have built and the products!! It’s great to find others that have my very specific skin type to help me as well!

I love this service. I get a box every other month, and have received three so far. While the company is clearly going through some growing pains and communication can be slower than we might be used to, they do always reply and are kind and helpful in their responses. I love the different options they have each month and am excited to see the new ranges in products they are offering (hair care, lashes, etc). I will continue to be a happy customer with SBC and support all of their efforts!

I absolutely love this company. While yes, sometimes the shipments take a while, it’s always worth the wait for me. The products are top quality, every product is full-size, and it’s worth its weight in gold. Keep up the fantastic work, SBC. 🩷

I joined seoul beauty club a few months ago and so far have loved what I have gotten in my boxes. There has been times things are oit of stock but thwu always something great to replace it. I've since cancelled some of the more comm9n boxes like fabfitfun and ipsy because im loving these products better and they are usually low scented and don't irritate my excema!

Seoul Beauty Club is generally great. They have a wide variety of products and I’ve liked the products recommended. They provide detailed use information, which is quite helpful. They are still a small company and occasionally have typical small company growing pains like slow delivery or out of stocks. Nevertheless, when there is an issue they will make it right.

Products are amazing !!! It’s a nice surprise and a treat every month for skincare . They are working on some hiccups with the shipping which I am sure will get addressed . More value for money and customer for life

I joined the club at the very beginning. The products are high value, low price. And each month there is opportunity for diversity. They recently started a tutorial that shows you the optimal way to use the products you’ve chosen. I find the cost at $69 a month provides far more product than I can actually use in a month, which is way different than what I have done before so I’m extremely happy.

Great company to work with, products are amazing, and the customer service team will go out of their way to try and help you with issues. Prices are phenomenal for what you get as well.

Love being able to access products from Korea. Prices are super reasonable to just try so many different things. And the customer service is so personable. No marketing hype just straight talk on what works for your skin type.

The company provides wonderful education on both products and efficacy. They grew overnight but have remained transparent on any hiccups. You can select each product unlike other subscription boxes. They tell you in advance the month’s sneak peek so you can research each item to see if it’s best for your skin. They encourage feedback and adapt based on consumer responses. 10/10 recommend but understand they just moved their warehouse to the U.S. so expect some minor delays.

I actually had a problem with my January order. The delivery company said the package was delivered to my mailbox, but it wasn’t (it won’t even fit in my mailbox). I couldn’t get a response from the shipper.

I reached out to SBC, and they processed a new order for me. I couldn’t ask for better, one on one service.

As for the products, they are the best!!! These products are the only I have ever used that made a noticeable improvement (I am 56, and I have spent a FORTUNE on high end skin care).

The value for price can’t be beat (less that $10 per item, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That’s the price point for bottom shelf drugstore products!

I would give ten stars if I could!

Fast answers and best customer care. Very informative and helpful with product knowledge and where and how to use it. They specialize in the smaller beauty care companies and introduce our skin to products that are here and now not a fad that is leaving. Plenty of choices for all ages of skin and all ranges of skincare and make up. Sometimes even hair care. Love this company and love the products they sell. Worth all the growing pains to support this awesome company!

I’m on my 4th Seoul Beauty Club box & I love it. I was already a big fan of Korean Beauty products when I came across SBC. My 1st box came faster than a small package that left Seattle on the same day so that was impressive.

The box comes beautifully packaged. I have never had any substitute, but I’m wondering if thats because my age demographic (50’s) is in the client minority, as I do see a lot of chatter about substitutes on social media.

The products are truly amazing. I recently stopped taking breast cancer medication after 5 years & it really takes a toll on your skin. After 3 months with SBC I feel like I’m getting my face back. My favorite products so far are Rovectin
Aqua Hyaluronic Essence & Dr.Ceurac
Vegan Kombucha Tea Sleep Mask.

Getting a monthly box is a lot of product, but SBC allows you to put your box on pause & skip a month. I haven’t done it yet, but it’s an option you choose in the app so seems easy enough to do.

The only reason I am giving the company 4 stars & not 5 is due to the fact that I was unable to curate my last box until February 6, when payment left my bank & was showing in my SBC account on February 1. This was due to a change over in their billing system & not everyone was affected but it took me several back & forth emails with their customer services to get it sorted. They have also grown rapidly in the last couple of month so you can forgive them for a few hiccups. My latest box arrived yesterday, February 20 so it didn’t take long.

If you are curious to try K-Beauty but don’t know where to start give this company a try.

My experience has been great. However, they continue to contribute to something I’ve tried so hard to get a handle on - my personal addiction. I just have to have all the skincare I hear about online and from friends. Now that I’m a SAHM, I’ve had to learn how to do it economically. Seoul Beauty Club allows me to do just that!!

The boxes have always exceeded my expectations. The response from customer service has also always exceeded my expectations. If you are wondering if you should try it, I would say absolutely. It’s worth it!

The boxes they provide is life changing. I thought I’d get authentic Korean products, but my skin changed at the age of 45!! Each product is amazing and thoroughly thought of for the end user. I’ve paid hundreds in “excellent” American products, so their boxes are a steal! And you’ll actually see results. I’m a forever fan of the subscription boxes.

Every month I receive a curated box of the most amazing skincare products. My complexion is radiant or as I have been told "soft, healthy and glowy" ... glass skin. The box I receive each month is the ultimate in self care. Customer service is amazing and I am very happy I started this monthly subscription.
