I love this box! I have canceled all of their subscriptions except for this one.

Absolutely love this company and the products are exceptional!!!

The products are amazing as well as the packaging. I did have some problems when they moved from Korea to LA , but they got taken care of easily. Worth it. GREAT small business.

I have been a every other month subscriber since October of 2025. I love this niche company who is making highly effective and performative products available to us in the states. They are a rapidly growing business and have experienced some shipping changes, warehouse updates and more. They have always been communicative and thoughtful. I am excited to see where this business goes and I am excited for amazing skin!

I’ve received 4 or 5 boxes. They have a good selection of different types of products. I’ve discovered several new products that I absolutely love. I’m also very happy that none has caused any adverse reactions. They have been gentle but effective. Fast shipping now that they are Stateside

I have been a subscriber to SBC since December and can’t say enough about them. I love getting Korean beauty products that aren’t commonly marketed to the US consumers. Plus, I love that the products that they offer each month are customized to your needs. As with all small businesses there have been a few snags but I’ve only had one and it was when they were making changes on the backend but it was fixed within 48 hours.

I always get the products I’ve asked for. They always communicate if something is delayed. My skin looks great and all the products are tailored to my needs

Love their boxes and the experience. If there has been an issue, they have done their best to quickly resolve the issues. I love that they are new and watching them grow.

This new startup business grew its customer-based overnight. Just like any new businesses having the same trajectory may experience some growing pains. However, there are more positives about this monthly k-beauty subscription. Delivery timing might be slower but customers are guaranteed authenticity and well-curated products directly shipped from Korea. SBC curates their monthly offering so we know that they are high quality (not duped or faked) that really works. The customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable. Customers have options to choose and pick their own products or let SBC choose the ones that will work best with your skin type or concerns.
I've been using k-beauty products for over 2+ years before joining SBC. I love receiving the box knowing that I get the best of the best (most products not available at my local stores) and get to start using products that could work better. Overall, I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend SBC.

They are unbelievably amazing. My skin is glowing, and they are very personable. You can have a conversation with the founder himself, along with his team.

My first box arrived and WOW! The packaging and the products were 10 star!

I did not understand the selection process and thought that they selected based on your preferences. So I was disappointed with my second box. I contacted them and a new fantastic box was delivered.

I then realised I had to select my products myself from a list of options and I added on two options of products that I loved from a previous box.

I live half in France and half in the UK and my card changed and as a result they changed the delivery. When I got it, none of the extras were included and I had been charged twice.

I contacted customer service but no response, Facebook group suggested I contact the CEO, Leo. I eventually got a lovely message and told I would be refunded the second charge and a complimentary box. This duly arrived but still no sign of the products that I ordered or the extra products I ordered. A bit like ordering a dress for a party and receiving a nice coat in the summertime. It’s a lovely thing but not what you want.

The products are very good value and all have very good reviews and the box is well worth the money.

However, they are asking for members to give good reviews when the infrastructure is not even close to being sorted.

This WILL be a great company and I really think the intention to deliver first class service is there, it just needs a logistical superstar to sort out the kinks.

In addition, their advice on skincare is wonderful and their loyalty supporters are full on, no matter what problems anyone else has, they are often shut down. Which, I think reflects poorly on the company.

Let’s see how things work out…

New company and working on shipment improvements. Honest and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Wonderful products and a great small business that is operating on a large scale.

The variety and quality of the products is incredible and unmatched (And I've tried a couple different boxes!) I really enjoy that you get to curate your own box and then are able to access a suggested skincare routine. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I started with this company 7 months ago. Love the products and I understand a new company has growing pains. The other reviews complaining about shipping problems, etc, need to grow up. Americans are the worst and I am one.

Love their products. Their skincare products will leave your skin feeling thankful that you gave them a chance. If you haven't tried Seoul Beauty what are you waiting for? Also their customer service so top tier. I promise you will be glad you made the switch to Seoul Beauty.
