I bought Alexandra 3.0 thinking I was upgrading from the 1.0 version. In reality, I ended up with a doll that looks beautiful but isn’t suitable for how most people would use a companion doll — cuddling, lying beside you, or sleeping next to you.

Within a month, I noticed tearing along the seam where the gel and TPE meet, particularly near the butt/gel. When I reached out to SDT, they quickly tried to shift the blame — suggesting maybe it was my blanket, or that I had used her incorrectly.

When I explained that I cuddle with the doll at night (gently, as a bed companion), I was told she should be kept in the box when not in active use. That’s 90 pounds of soft material, too fragile to lie beside. That information should be clearly stated on the product page.

Alexandra 3.0 is marketed as a TPE doll, but the gel construction makes her fragile and unsuitable for consistent physical intimacy. If you're above average in size, she will likely tear even after light use. And while I was sent a repair kit, I didn’t bother — the material is so delicate that it would only tear again.

I do appreciate the customer service team’s politeness, and their offer of a discount on future purchases. But the truth is: I wouldn’t have bought from this company again had I known what I now know.

The 1.0 version was more durable, nearly as soft, and far more functional. The gel upgrade is overrated — softness means nothing if it comes at the cost of longevity.

I sincerely hope the company updates their marketing to reflect the true limitations of their gel dolls. Customers deserve honesty before spending nearly $2000 on something they can't even safely cuddle with.

Great Company and people! They run a Discord, and they answered all my questions about which toy I wanted to buy, and they really are responsive.

Service was great, I received update emails from their staff and they followed up if everything was okay with the package and experience. I would order from them again.

Aside from a few hiccups in communication at the beginning, customer care was very detailed and thoughtful in their response. If you're unsure as to which specific model you wish to purchase, they're great with giving very detailed and measured answers to help guide to you to making the decision right for you. The product itself is very high quality and realistic. Has subtle skin details not found on others around this price-point.

Also, once the purchase was made, they follow up with you very closely to keep you updated on shipping, tracking, even after it's been delivered. The company cares about doing things right.

The feeling and realism was so close I forget I’m using a doll. The Jennifer2.0 brings wonders to any big butt lover. While expensive you get every penny out of it with great customer service and follow up ever.

P.s. try having some that have a reusable or no reusable barrier on the inside that mimics Virginity/hymen for the man to push through.
