Product is great As far as customer service, it was one of the best online shopping experiences I ever had. We had to make some adjustments after purchase and they were very accomodating

Above and beyond
Very helpful with my order. After an error with avaliable inventory, they offered to have my order shipped from their over seas warehouse for no additional charges.

SDT is the #1 Adult Store you should go to.
SDT is the best adult store for dolls and toys in my very honest opinion. They always deliver on quality and customer service beyond my expectations. I’ve gone through many adult stores and I would confidently place them on first place everytime. Amy is the best customer service representative I’ve ever dealt with. SDT will always have a place in my heart!

My order ended up getting lost in transit, so I reached out to their support team on discord. They were very pleasant to work with and promptly sent me a replacement, which I received. All in all I'm happy with my purchase.

Great channels, good TPE, light enough to move but heavy enough to use. Deserves the 2.0 treatment

Great service but needs to work on inventory tracking
Ordering was great and straight forward and they add the tracking number to the notes in my order. I ordered the product as a bundle but I haven't received the other product that was bundled with the original product. I contacted customer support and they said the product was out of stock and yet still had the option to purchase the product and never ship until I contacted customer support which I didn't like. Customer support gave me the option to either receive it overseas or wait and have it ship domestically. Their customer support is timely and responsive and I managed to receive my product but their inventory tracking needs work.

Antwoord van SexDollTorso.com
Hi Dear,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us!
Upon reviewing your order, we see that you purchased our Valenti doll along with the deluxe sex doll care kit and heating rod. We truly appreciate your business and want to extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay in shipping the additional products.
We understand how important the care kit and heating rod are to the complete experience, and we regret that our inventory system did not reflect the out-of-stock status at the time of your purchase. After investigating your order, we identified an interruption in our website's API system that affected the inventory tracking for the care kit and heating rod.
Upon reviewing your purchase, we discovered that there was a temporary disruption in our website's API system, which disrupted the synchronization of our website's inventory data with our actual warehouse stock and affected our inventory tracking. We want to assure you that our technical team has addressed and resolved this issue to prevent any recurrence.
Following our email communication on September 9th, in which you kindly agreed to receive the care kit and heating rod from our alternate warehouse, we immediately shipped them via the fastest air freight available. According to our records, these items were successfully delivered to you on September 13th.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. As a gesture of goodwill and to make amends for the inconvenience, we have processed a full refund for the deluxe sex doll care kit and heating rod in your order. A refund has been issued. You will receive it as soon as possible, between 3-5 business days, depending on the bank transfer.
Here is an overview of how we will be processing the refund:
Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your original card.
Refund Timeline: Once we initiate the refund, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. Please note that the exact timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
Thank you again for your business and your valuable feedback. We are constantly striving to improve, and your input helps us provide a better experience for all our customers. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.😊
Best regards,
Eve

Nerving, but an overall Great Experience
I was nervous at first to try a more unknown site but a reddit review made me give it a try. I'm very happy I did. I had to wait until the item I wanted restocked but once it did shipping didn't take long. The customer service was friendly and the actual item I ordered was amazing. I'm very happy with my purchase. 5 stars

Everything was perfect
The communication, knowledge of the staff, availability of fair resources to evaluate before purchase, impressively fast and seamless shipping, a high quality to price point ratio, and an incredible tactile experience make this a no regrets purchase.

Totally Lifelike!
This product was 1000% worth the money!
It feels as close to the real thing as you can possibly get.
The visuals are astounding, and the bounce-back during use is incredibly realistic.
Grace was bigger than I expected, but still a fantastic, realistic size for a petite, fit girl.
Everything about this product is phenomenal; the feel, the jiggle, the insides, they’re all so realistic! This is so great for when my wife is working in office and I’m at home. The sex with her has improved also, as my stamina gets better the more I have fun with Grace.
If you’re on the fence about buying, do it! Don’t waste your money on a fleshlight; get one of the products from SDT along with the care kit, and you’ll never go back!

Amazing product and superb support
The product which I ordered truly is amazing! The only problem was that the delivery to Germany took longer than expected. But it was not the fault from the company. It just was some communication problems with UPS. But the support from SDT was superb und they helped me get my package as soon as possible. That is why I give 5 stars and only can recommend it!

Amazing company with amazing products
Shipping was amazing because it was fast and discrete. I had a question before my purchase and sent an email that was replied to the next day, which was very detailed and answered my question, plus gave me other important information. This is my second purchase from this company and I am sure it won't be my last.
