SexDollTorso.com Reviews

Excelente compañia, Excelente producto, Excelente servicio.

The communication is great and they will do everything in their power to make sure your package gets delivered to you. If you have any questions or issues at all, they will help you in any way.

Great service, excellent products

Legit adult toy maker & seller with US warehouse. Product shipped fast & came in discrete box with no obvious details hinting at what's inside the package.
Seller is quick to respond to any questions & concerns.

I have I ordered an item (I won't say what it is lol) on this site. My item arrived in exactly 19 days at my home in Europe, well packaged, in perfect condition, in discreet delivery. Unfortunately I had additional customs taxes but it is indicated on their site, I knew what to expect. I regret that they didn't add an item of clothing as a bonus gift but that's okay. I received the order I purchased, the contract is respected, that's the main thing.
Now to talk about the article, it is exceptional. It is the right size, even appears very large, well made, pleasant to the touch and realistic in the small "details". It is 100% like the photos you see on the site. I am posting this review to thank this site for their professionalism

SDT always responds within a day, and addresses everything I ask/inquire about with incredible detail and diligence.

They actually take customer reviews seriously, and incorporate customer suggestions into their new products. They are also true to their word, and make sure to provide an excellent customer experience with everything they promise to deliver.

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with SDT, and they provide excellent products alongside their excellent communication.

I will continue to look forward to what they produce next, and would highly recommend them in general. In particular, their huge Alexandra doll is gorgeous. Please give them the love and support they need to keep delivering!

Excellent customer service, responsive and helpful in a timely fashion. +Very awesome products and was fast shipping & discreet. The website reviews speak for themselves. Although The website could use some revamping to look more appealing to buyers, I do feel sexdolltorso is underrated because I never heard of it before buying their merchandise. But They definitely Have better products then most known websites out like Tantaly.

I have no bad things to say about this store. Product I bought is as advertised, interactions with support have been pleasant. They went above and beyond to help me with my issue

The shipping was incredibly fast, the customer support was very helpful and the product that I purchased is amazing! I will certainly be buying from them again in the near future.

High quality products for a good price with great customer service, although sometimes they get busy. Would recommend.

Great communication from the company. Great product exceeded my expectations. I bought Alexandra and she is really awesome and I have been enjoying and using this product a lot.

jennifer 2.0 blew me away. shipping was super fast and took just 3 days to get to me. customer service was great too and responded to my emails quickly.

Amy was very responsive to my online posts and helped me make sure I got the right one.
The product was received and exceeded my expectations (which were kind of high). It was great to see so much care put into the packaging to protect it in transit. When I discovered an error I made at checkout, and reached out, there were sure quick to respond and fix my error.
100% I will return to do business with them again. This was my third suck purchase over the years from a variety of vendors, but SDT was the best of them all.

To any US buyers, rest assured this company is trustworthy. Friendly customer service, quick replies and fast shipping. Products are of high quality, exactly as advertised.

The customer service was great even around lunar new year. My order

Incredible value for money.

If you're into this kind of thing, take the leap. You won't regret it. The feeling is quite exquisite outside all around and if you get the Maria you might also have to learn to hold yourself together inside.

Good morning (Evening/Afternoon) everyone. When it comes to SDT.Com, I'd really just like to take a moment to highlight there incredible online presence (social media, reddit, website reviews). Seeing how active they were with their customers provided me with an immediate relief when ordering from them for the first time. Everyone who is familiar with these products, will know, that there are pretty much only Three Premium Companies producing these style of High End Products. When it comes to the revolutionary Gel Infused TPR/TPE, you will not get a better price for the size/weight, as SDT.com. It also helps that they have been experimenting/enhancing the SDT Gel for years now, on their full size torsos, prior to moving onto Hips (i.e. Current "Doris" on website). The Physics generated by their SDT Gel is a real as it gets (while other companies may opt for a more exaggerated/softer gel, SDT provides you with the proper immersion based formula! Greatly imitating life). It literally takes two seconds to browse their reddit page, or website reviews replies, to see just how caring and passionate they are about these products, which is extremely respectable. Take Care, Laney B.

Everything from start to finish and beyond was top notch service with my questions answered and various tips to help out with care & cleaning.

This is an excellent company to buy from. I had a small issue with my order and they bent over backwards to make it right. This kind of customer support is rare these days. I highly recommend them.

El envio fue muy rapido, el producto de muy alta calidad y atención al cliente 24/7.

The product I ordered arrived quickly, was exactly as I ordered, was discreet, and the communication from the order completion to this review post has been friendly and helpful every step of the way.
