Speed of delivery
Speed of delivery, the video tutorials, the reviews. My significant other went to visit relatives and I used that opportunity to order. I bought Jennifer 55lb and Alexandria and they are HEAVY. At first, lifting them was frustrating. Then I developed a technique. Get storage containers that fit each size. For Jennifer, I can roll her into the container, then lift onto my table area and roll her back into the container. This way you're lifting a solid object and not the Torso which moves around a lot. For Alexandria, it's the same except that contain has rollers and I lift her up onto the bed. These dolls feel amazing. I had two 25 lbs from another company and they don't compare. Jennifer is like 100% action. Then Alexandria takes it to another level. Her missionary is crazy real and perfect. The only is that believe I ordered Wheat and got the White. Doesn't matter, she's awesome.

I ordered a product from this seller…
I ordered a product from this seller and I have had a positive overall experience. The product itself is amazing. The only drawback is the shipping. It took much longer than expected to arrive. The product page said it would take up to 12 days, but it took 51 days! I live in Australia and I understand that the item ships from China, but they should have mentioned that on their page. I think the seller should add a disclaimer about the long shipping times for customers who live far away from China or the US. Other than that, I’m very happy with the product and the seller.

Shipping delayed due to the holiday season.
I ordered prior to the holiday season and expected delivery a week prior to when I received my doll. I had a tracking number but for whatever reason my package was delayed. I am satisfied with the response to try and make it right.
