First of all I want to say the customer service is incredible. They answered all my question and made sure I understood the differences between all the products to help me make an informed decision of what I wanted to buy. The product itself (Jennifer 2.0) was delivered very fast and discretely. The quality was incredible and just as advertised. The weight, physics, feel, etc were all perfect. The purchasing process was simple and shipping was extremely quick. The doll arrived at my door two days later. Upon arrival I noticed that my box came slightly damaged from transit and chose to inspect the doll for damage as well. The doll while undamaged absolutely did not suit my personal preferences. The skin texture on the doll was far too exaggerated for my taste and killed any appeal I had for the doll. I soon reached out to the team via their Discord and later email explaining the situation and requesting a refund. While my particular situation did not qualify for a full refund due to opening the sealed bag the doll came in, the team helped me out. I was granted details on the manufacturing process, a 30% refund on my order total, and a complementary set of underwear for the doll. They listened to my concerns and feedback with open ears and reassured me that my concerns were valid and that they would be looking to implement certain changes in the future. This is a prime of business done right and a company doing right by their customers regardless of the circumstance. I will definitely be returning and looking forward to future product releases.

I ordered my Jennifer 2.0 on Black Friday. I was promised a free cleaning kit with my order with my Discord discount code; but never received it. SHIPPING WAS VERY FAST. Package was very discrete. Item is very high quality. Very heavy so becareful while lifting.

I finally got my Jennifer 2.0 and I’m amazed by how well she’s made. I love how she jiggles & claps! Heavy but soft & realistic. It’s like you’re pounding a huge massive ass you’ve always fantasized about. I can’t get enough of her! I am overall happy with my purchase but my only complaint is how she did come a bit deformed. But not to worry, SDT was really helpful and offered me a 55% refund. Nonetheless it’s a great product from SDT. Thank you!

The TPE material feels great, and the size and weight make it way more satisfying than cheaper alternatives. The shipping was super discreet, and the package arrived exactly when expected. If you’re looking for something in this category, this is definitely worth the price. Its texture is not lifelike exactly, but it’s as good as it gets for now!

Ordered product and shipping label created immediately; small issue with product arriving for shipment. Emailed customer service when I noticed nothing new other than label created for a couple days. Customer service responded in a very timely manner resolved issue and product received in 3 days as it was expedited; also received a free gift for the small delay. Still only took 9 total days from time of ordering to time delivered. Product was better than expected and I hold zero regrets. This is a well put together business and their customer service is second to none. Will highly recommend and will order from them in future as a very satisfied customer.

Great customer service. I was hesitant about making my first purchase on a torso toy from not so well known site. I discovered the site thru a sub section on adult doll forum. The customer service agent walked me thru the pros and cons for their selection of toys and helped me narrow down options they believe would suite my taste. We went back a forth a few times and response time was usually under a day. They were able to provide me with more detailed photos of certain products not available on their website upon request. I ended up going with the Olsen 2.0. Shipping was surprising fast, I am located in California. My package arrived within 4 days from their Texas warehouse.

Starting off the box was doubled boxed. Single box and when delivered the box was damaged and the item was partly visible. The weight wasn’t an issue. The jiggly was good. But to be honest the first time I used it I was under the influence of alcohol and enjoyed but when I used it sober it felt weird. I felt like a weirdo. Judging the realness on a scale to 1-10 I feel like the look is 6 out of 10 on realness. It close to the real thing but not that close. It’s a decent substitute but not close enough to the real thing. I’ve had many big booty women natural and bbl so it’s close but not that close. I am not sure I will keep it long even though I paid a lot of money. It just feels to awkward for me.

Ordered Doris as it’s more realistic (proportions wise) than the bigger 55lbs torso, and received it in just a few days. It’s much smaller than expected, hips being supposedly 53.9 inch. Aside from that, looks, softness, and feel are good, and weight is pretty low. It would have been perfect for me if it was larger overall, every thing else is good!

Website and company are legit. I think the photos and videos on their site are faithful to their products.

Item said 5-7 day shipping, i recieved it in 4 days. The company always responded to my questions right away and had great quality service.

There was a problem with my order, but they completely addressed the issue at their own expense. The product seems to be great quality. I would buy from them again.
