I will never get a costume from here again, just received it and will have to take it to a tailor for repair before it can be worn. $80 costume shouldn’t need repair right off the rip

I ordered a Breath of The Wild Link costume. It was a 3XL male and cost me 203 and 117 for fast shipping. I ordered it September 2nd and it came today October 25th. The shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days but it took 12 days shipping! I’ll give them points on communication they are excellent with talking and refunded the difference for the shipping. But I opened the costume and found out that the costume was WAY to small! Instead if a 3XL male it looked like a size M for a female. I’m very disappointed and now stressed for a costume for Halloween.

On their online order form they asked when my event was. I ordered 43 days before the event. They sent the order out the day of my event. So, I didn't get it. I asked them to cancel the order 5 days before they sent it out since it would be pointless to send it, but they said there are no refunds for custom costumes. So they got the 1 out of 5 stars because even if the costume is amazing it doesn't do any good if I don't have it for what I need it for.

This company accepted my order twice, charged extra for expediting then after days gone by told be that my costume would not be ready in time with out time to find an alternate option that is comparable and now I have to fight for a refund. $500 is not a cheap costume cost and there shouldn’t be any delay in getting my money for an order that was never filled.

Just received my black widow costume + shoes. Ok so I read the T&Cs and delivery did take a while, but one it was here... WOW the quality is amazing, and fits perfectly (i measured twice) comes with all the accessories in the description. I am definately going to purchase more cosplay from SIMCOSPLAY !

I ordered a qiqi and a Klee cosplay from them. The qiqi was custom. About a month later I Emailed them asking about updates on my order, only to find that they canceled my order because they couldn’t complete the qiqi cosplay without telling me. I had to ask them about my order before they felt it necessary to let me know my order was canceled. Only after I emailed them did they offer a refund. 0/10 experience would not recommend.

It took a month for them to even accept my order, only did they ship it after I had contacted them. I ordered a Large knowing they tend to run small and it was still too small. the pants fit fine but the top came unzipped. the eyes of the mask were not sewn on well, and the design in the glove ripped when i tried to take it off.

seems like everyone who has reviewed badly all got the tailored one im guessing thats the reason why they stopped doing it? i havent gotten it yet but having the reviews 50/50 results is not a big help for me it seems like they do good for some people and do bad for some people its just all luck and i guess i dont wanna take that risk

I just received the Gotham Knights Robin suit. and from quality to fitting its pretty much on point. I saw no flaws in the costume other than a bend hand guard (which is easily fixable) and the the jacket zipper handle came off which is also very fixable. Tracking my order was easy, I got everything I paid for done right, and I can't complain. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants to cosplay.

They are terrible for customer service and I had to send multiple emails and fight them. I ordered an Ahsoka Tano cosplay and paid extra for it to be TaylorMade but some of it was extremely too small like the leggings and wrist cloth. The shin armour was wayyy to big and lose, the material had crease marks in the centre which meant it would not fold around my legs. The headpiece was not stuffed properly and did not really fit well on my head even though they had my head measurements. They told me to just just a leg armour but there was no adjustment pieces like they said there were. The legging stitching was actually showing cos the leggings were that tight. I had to fight them to send me a new cosplay but they would only resend the headpiece and skin armour. The armour was still loose and creased so I'm unable to still wear it, the headpiece was even smaller and still not stuffed properly. I paid over a $100 for this cosplay and I still cannot wear it. They took over a month to send it to me the first time. Do not buy from these people

An absolutely atrocious company with no customer service. I spent a LOT of money on a custom made Captain America cosplay suit, only to receive a poorly fitted, bottom-barrel quality material, terribly made costume with absolutely laughable accessories. When I tried to return it, I was told it was ineligible for return since it was "custom made" WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR and when I designed and paid for it that disclaimer was no where to be seen. Never, I repeat, NEVER use this company or its products. I wasted three days of pay on something I can never use and can't be refunded. 0/10

I have had several different cosplay outfits from SimCosplay and I have found the majority of them to be absolutely fantastic. Any flaws were a simple fix. They have attention to detail and you certainly get your money’s worth out of them. I highly recommend this company. No company is perfect. But they take effort and pride in fixing your issues and hearing your feedback.

Ordered 2 Spidey suits from them in August and as soon as they were shipped I got my tracking number from customer service, took around two weeks since I made the order for them to get to my house.
Regarding the suits, the size was exactly what I needed according to their size charts, the fabric has lively colors and they're very comfortable to be in.
Great suits for the price they offer them.

I am always nervous about ordering costumes from an online store that is abroad and that you do not know about the quality or size of the costume. HOWEVER, I have ordered from them 3 times now and not only are the costumes amazing quality and perfect in terms of size, but they came pretty fast and are priced fairly. They respond fairly quickly through facebook messenger and if you have any problems, questions or doubts about them, they will answer you as soon as they can. I highly recommend them and I will continue to order from them again, as you get a coupon when you order a costume. I have Captain America, Black Widow and Rey now. All quality designs and material. Plus they conduct giveaways on their cite and are very appreciative of the support from their customers. Highly recommend to anyone!

If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service Is awful. I ordered a costume in the beginning of May and I emailed them asking on the progress of my cosplay mid-May they sent me an email back May 24 telling me that they were going to have my items shipped within 24 hours they give me a tracking number for UPS but it was just a printed label they never shipped my package and when I questioned why it still hasn’t shipped they lied to me and told me that UPS was not operating as usual. When I got upset And called them out on their Lie because I had called UPS they told me that they were telling the truth gave me some more excuses and then sent me a tracking number for FedEx. The tracking number for FedEx was for California and said it would be to my house in two days I check again and it’s not shipped. I message them again on Facebook telling them I would like correct shipping info. They lie and tell me it is. I ask why it’s saying it’s coming from the California when they are in China and they give more excuses! DONT WASTE YOURE TIME! Still no accurate shipping info and no costume! I spent over 300 and I will never again purchase from this company!

The quality of the costume material was good, but the sizing was not good at all and I choose the tailor made option. The mid section and chest were far too big and the arms were too tight so I could barely move them. Another issue was it did not come with the mask, which I payed for and the snaps on the Straps either wouldn’t stay together or wouldn’t come apart. So I contacted Simcosplay and I expressed my discontent with the costume and wanted to return it to either fix the problem or just give me a refund. After a few emails back and forth I sent them pictures of the costume with measurements by it like they had asked and when they emailed me back they said, “ Based on the pictures you provided, I don't see anything wrong.” even though the midsection is clearly bigger than the measurements I provided. And when I pointed that out they said that they made it bigger than the measurements provided because “ You need to move when you wear this costume“. So they were essentially arguing with me about whether or not the costume fit right. As the person who actually tried it on I think I would know if it didn’t fit right. So after that email I took pictures of how the costume didn’t fit right and specifically told them that I either want it fixed or to be refunded and now it’s been five days and they have still not responded to me.
I am thoroughly disappointed in their customer service and would not buy anything from them again from them again for this very reason.

Ordered a Lady Deadpool costume on Sept 12th. To date, still haven't received it. After multiple emails and messages, I filed a complaint with PayPal. They finally email stating that I need to cancel my claim with PayPal so they can send me the costume. I even paid for expedited service - why didn't they send it in September? Requested a refund.
