Great product
Great product. I would much prefer to use these recipes than get takeaways. I usually don’t need to add many ingredients- a couple of store cupboard ingredients plus a couple of fresh. The sauces help you save money on buying lots of spices that you often don’t finish.
In addition, customer service is excellent. Quick to respond and helpful.

New ideas and tastes
A very well sorted company. The recipes are great to try, full of new ideas and tastes. The flavour pots contain herbs and spices we would never source ourselves. We prefer the set up where you buy your own meat,fish and vegetables. Good flexibility with regularity of supply of recipe kits. Great communication with customers. Suits us brilliantly.

Super salty
Signed up for a trial. Very efficient and the spices delivered were good quality and the recipe cards clear. Unfortunately I found all the recipes I tried really,really salty. I won't be continuing.

We appreciate that some of the kits contain higher amounts of sugar and salt than is desired by our customers and it’s something we have worked on in the past and will continue to work on going forwards. The recipe creation team have goals and parameters in place for product development to keep salt and sugar levels at an acceptable level. They take these into consideration when creating new kits and when reviewing and redeveloping older kits, as we are aware this is a concern.

Great food / recipe set up - sauces and receipt really great and tasty. Adds that special something to a meal and peps it up. Customer services have got a lot better now too, if you need to change things or put a hold on your order.

I love SimplyCook. The flavouring boxes add such flavour to everyday simple ingredients; & turn them in to delicious recipes. Perfect when I want to use up what I have at home. So much variety, quick & easy & I’m now making a wide selection of meals for me & my family.
The customer service is the best too, rare to find these days. Ooh and Excellent value.

Honestly this has transformed my kitchen. It used to take me hours to cook a decent curry from scratch and this has made it so much easier and quicker. It's so lovely to have the cards so you don't have to keep turning to your phone for the recipe. In my opinion the currys are better than the pastas! And the fact you have all recipes on the app if you're out and forgot to take a photo of the shopping list. I'm getting too used to this. Love it :)
