Another one cheated by the special offer then get a repeat subscription. An old sneaky trick. Maybe if they stopped doing this and were transparent the reviews may be better.

Be aware! Don't try for their trial product, they stored my card details and charged me £12 for something (I don't know what they charged me for) that I never agreed to. Simply fraud.

Very efficient with response and easily accommodate a date change on your deliveries . Love the simply cook recipes and would highly recommend as no waste

Customer service is great. I’ve not had any major problems but for the few minor ones I’ve had, they’ve been resolved quickly and to my absolute delight. Oh and the products are great. We’ve tried quite a lot of them. The biggest benefit is they introduce variety and take away the need to constantly think what to eat 👍🏻👏

I cancelled my subscriptions in 2022 , I have recently started getting deliveries . I have tried to cancel via the website and cannot . Ive tried new passwords and new codes to no avail . Be warned, make sure you can cancel before taking the bait.

I took up the Simply Cook Introductory Offer just to try them out and overall have liked the 6 recipes I’ve cooked to date.

They are very clearly set out and easy to follow with a shopping list and hints for substituting ingredients and up scaling to 4 people.

The flavour profiles have been good considering how quickly dishes are made and although the final result may lack the depth of flavours created when cooking in stages for longer, the food is well flavoured with more highlights than some of the other recipe products in the marketplace.

I nearly always cook from scratch and have an extensive selection of spices and aromats available but Simply Cook is very convenient and we’ve taken a box away in our motorhome and found them very useful.

I like the app but wish it was possible to skip or delay deliveries for more than 4 weeks without having to email customer services but they have been responsive.

My only issue would be that up scaling using the same amount of spicing can lead to a slight reduction in flavour and conversely using the whole pots of all ingredients for just two people can sometimes feel a little too much.

I really love the concept of SimplyCook! It brings some nice variety to meals to try new recipes but makes it really stress-free. I especially love that I can make adaptations to the recipes as I want, to make it fit for my family's tastes and use up ingredients I might already have. A personal notes section would be great to jot down any swaps I generally like to make.

I've used it for over a year now and still get excited to choose the recipes for my box!

I sent five emails to their hello@ email address, all ignored. In the end I had to block them via my bank.

This is reprehensible behaviour.

A very good company to deal with
They send package fast
They have lots of different menus, all very simple to make, they even give you a shopping list of the ingredients to buy
I have tried several of their boxes, but we have our favourites
Unfortunately I dont like subscriptions, much prefer a one off purchase
But its nice to know they are still here
I would highly recommend this company

The customers service I received from simplycook was so quick and was excellent, I wan ted to cancel my subscription as I received my first box and thought it was not for me as my hubby is a fussy eater.
They accepted my cancellation with a kind reply,
I was very impressed.
Then I decided to try that first introduction box and cant believe how easy to cook and wonderful flavour in the
packets. I cooked the recipes for my son and his partner and even my ( fussy ) hubby said the flavours were great.

I have now apologised and asked today to be re-insisted with my subscription .
I do hope they will accept me back as I can’t wait to see what recipes will come next. They are so easy to follow .
Makes cooking so much easier.

The recipe ideas seem to be good but this is a very expensive way of cooking! In general all you get is a spice mix and some stock, will not be continuing after the trial.

We have our favourites that we order every few weeks. We just order the flavour packs, not the all in whole meal, as that doesn’t work for me, but the ones we like & stick to are always good & elevate the meal to something a bit more special that can be cooked quickly with little fuss.

Dont order, unless you want a subscription ,Ordered a box for delivery cost only, then to find I've set up a monthly subscription by doing so, top and tail of it is, a free box worth £11.99 for delivery cost only at £1.75 has cost me £8.74 as they gave me 50% back and entered me into a subscription of £11.99 a month , I don't wish to have .

It might be ok for sum but if you have absolutely any experience cooking, the recipes are pointless and it boils down to nothing more than a few small pots of seasoning that most people could easily make themselves using a few common herbs and spices and cost pennies rather than pounds.
