Scam company! I bought a dress form in April which was faulty. Customer service didn’t reply for about a week after each message, there is no way to speak with someone on the phone, I finally got to the stage where I could return the dressform in May and still haven’t recived my refund! I have been chasing this up for months. Now to be told the dress form is not faulty and they are returning it to me! End of July! I just want my money back. Do not buy from this company if you want good customer care

Ultimately, I didn't get a Singer machine from Singer Outlet. They were let down by Singer themselves not having the machine in stock to ship. Although, it wasn't clear that this is what would happen and that Singer Outlet didn't have stock themselves. However, Singer Outlet were great throughout the process. I knew what I did and didn't want in a machine, and they made a couple of suggestions to look at based on this via their Chat facility on the website. These were spot on, and I chose one. So my requirements were listened to and well understood. I placed my order, with a selection of accessories, and I received good and useful tracking info on the status of all items, which were all at a good price. My issue came with the timely dispatch of the machine, which wouldn't have arrived during a period when I was at home, and in line with my initial expectation from info on the website. Any other time, this would have been OK, just not at the moment. However, I had an excellent email exchange with Connor who was very quick and polite with his responses, transparent with his status updates, and ultimately with cancelling the order and issuing a refund. I would recommend Singer Outlet, just a shame they were let down by Singer themselves.

I made several orders recently and each time received a very quick response that the items had been dispatched. I had to wait a little longer for the larger item (an extension table to ) but was kept informed when it was being delivered. The other smaller items I ordered arrived quickly.

I discovered Singer Outlet in 2020 when I decided to purchase a sewing machine. I used the 'chat' function for advice and it was amazing. The agent was so helpful and asked relevant questions which helped me to purchase the best option for me.

The machine arrived within 2 days! I couldn't believe the efficiency. I was kept updated through emails until my product arrived. I'm so pleased with my machine. Singer also provide on line help videos for using the machine and to show the sewing techniques available, in addition to instructions about sewing in general. Brilliant.
