I discovered Singer Outlet in 2020 when I decided to purchase a sewing machine. I used the 'chat' function for advice and it was amazing. The agent was so helpful and asked relevant questions which helped me to purchase the best option for me.

The machine arrived within 2 days! I couldn't believe the efficiency. I was kept updated through emails until my product arrived. I'm so pleased with my machine. Singer also provide on line help videos for using the machine and to show the sewing techniques available, in addition to instructions about sewing in general. Brilliant.

I've purchased several items since and everything I've bought is of very high quality.

Singer Outlet is very easy to contact for help and they sometimes send emails with promotions, without bombarding your in box. Excellent customer service and a top company to deal with.

This was the first time I did order from them.
The item I brought was a mankin that you could alter for size was not sure for a start but it arrived well packed and easy to adjust. They say want they mean about items. I will order again when I need something you can trust them.

There is so much you can do on this machine and so easy to use i wish I had bought one sooner.

Little to no customer service. Order was originally going to take 2-3 days, then bumped up to 3-5 days - didn't arrive until 2 weeks! Tried to cancel, 3 emails, 1 phone call (which said to email!!). Now in the process of refunding it, the parcel arrived a week ago, but still no acknowledgement of arrival and no refund. Absolutely joke of a customer service team.

The patches never arrived. I have not made another order

Avoid this company. The parts I ordered took ages to arrive and I was actually sent the wrong items anyway. Not only that, one foot was broken and NONE of them actually fit my machine. I thought I was ordering singer parts as thats what the website makes you belive but they are cheap knock offs not fit for purpose. Do not waste your time.

I would give zero if I could as I order a set of cotton reels and not a thing delivered

Ordered a sewing machine on 2nd April with delivery date of w/c 21st April. On 30th April phoned sales department as no one in customer service team available to take calls. Was told priority and would be delivered w/c 5th May. Still no sewing machine, emailed on 17th May to cancel order. Suddenly a machine available. Refused delivery.

I purchased parts (extra hemming feet) for my singer and they were advertised as fits all singer machines. They did not fit mine!!!
The speed of service and postage was excellent it is just a shame the parts did not fit.

Delivery was so slow I waited for like a month after machine came, it started to give an error all the time such as bobbin case comes out, cutting treat etc, I spent so much time to fix it instead of sewing. It was veru bad experience and disappointing. The customer servise is very bad either you cant reach anybody. They don't answer the call, email etc I contacted on the WhatsApp in the end it wasn’t very helpful either.

I purchased an HD4432 Singer sewing machine in August 2024. Within a few months, it developed a fault, which was repaired twice, in November and March, for the same issue. After the second repair, the problem returned the very first time I used it.

I followed all usage and care instructions and contacted Singer support and Singer Outlet multiple times, including photo evidence and a formal request for a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act. I received no reply.

As a result, I have escalated the issue through my bank.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product is not fit for purpose, and the customer service was completely unresponsive.

I would strongly advise others to avoid buying directly from Singer or Singer Outlet, as there is no support if things go wrong.

Easy to order and arrived in good time.

This has to be the worst company in time immemorial.
I ordered five packets of needles over two weeks ago, on a next day delivery. The next day, a sewing machine cover and 10 bobbins arrived. Not what I ordered. I rang - no reply. I emailed- twice, no reply. I finally got into the Bot and spoke to someone who promised me, with every professional fibre in his body that it would arrive today. Bah Bloody Humbug. Nothing’s arrived. What a rubbish company. Don’t buy from them. Nothing but problems.

Do not order from this company, they take your money but do not despatch the items on time and leave you hanging. I wanted to cancel the item as it was taking so long to arrive I had to buy an alternative machine to complete my work. As soon as I said I wanted to cancel they suddenly despatched it and I got home one day to find it dumped on my doorstep. Now they not replying to my queries about additional missing items or the fact that I don’t want the machine.

Ordered on 2nd May and my order still hasn't been dispatched. Upon chasing I was advised that it would be dispatched as a priority on 16th and I would receive a confirmation email from FedEx. No confirmation received and order still showing as not shipped. AVOID.

Undelivered Product – Urgent Request for Verification

I am writing to urgently request, once again, a verification regarding my order placed on 30th April. According to the delivery system, the order was marked as delivered on 10th May. However, the sewing machine — the main item of the purchase — was not delivered. I only received the additional items that were purchased separately.

Since then, I have contacted your company several times in search of a solution. During my second contact with customer service, I was informed that the sewing machine would be delivered the following week, between Wednesday and Thursday (after 10th May). However, that delivery did not take place.

Yesterday (Thursday, 15th May), I contacted you once again and was surprised to be given yet another delivery date, different from what had previously been promised. I was told that the new delivery might only happen next week, which I find completely unacceptable and unworkable, especially since this is the third different delivery date I have been given. I cannot continue waiting indefinitely for a mistake that was not my responsibility and is not my fault.

Furthermore, at the time of purchase, there was no indication that the sewing machine was out of stock or that it would be an imported item. This information was only disclosed much later, after the delay had already occurred, under the justification that there had been a delivery issue due to lack of stock. This amounts to misleading advertising, as the product was marketed and sold as if it were readily available — which clearly was not the case.

This ongoing change of delivery dates, combined with the lack of transparency in the sale, has caused me considerable frustration and total regret in having trusted this company with my purchase.

I look forward to your prompt response.

My initial experience was not good as original machine i ordered developed a fault, but I spoke to Sam in customer services and she advised me on the purchase of a machine to suit my needs. The machine arrived the next day!! And has proved perfect for my sewing needs. Big thank you to Sam. She was true to her word that she would help me as quickly as possible. Maggie

Very disappointed with delivery. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I still have not received my machine. Would have been quicker to get from America which was cheaper.

Had paid extra for express delivery & was becoming concerned having read several negative reviews on Trust Pilot when machine still hadn't been delivered after 10 days. Used the chat facility on Singer Outlet's site which is manned by real people who were extremely helpful & also emailed. Slow response to Email but they did reply & made my order a priority. Machine delivered next day so overall a positive experience as machine very competitively priced.

Avoid this company at all costs, they will take your money, charge you for a premium delivery and sit with your product and then tell you they are too busy to despatch, this is not a joke, they send the worthless free gift out first and refuse to refund you until they return it, they are scammers, I’ve had to get my money back from my credit card company
