Great service. First ex-display machine had a problem but a new one was dispatched immediately and arrived the following day. Loving my new Singer heavy Duty machine!

Still waiting for my sewing machine over 2 weeks later like others I was Not told it was not in stock despite clearly stating in the chat that I wanted it asap. Poor communication. No sign of machine. Go somewhere else. How do other companies manage their stock and deliveries within days? I have requested a refund.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AVOID
I purchased a sewing machine well over 2 weeks ago and still no sign of it, I’ve tried contacted them numerous times via phone call, email & WhatsApp and hear NOTHING whatsoever from them but still send junk emails with new offers of various item, completely unacceptable and I would like a refund if they would actually get in contact

I had an adjustoform ordered back in November 2024 it's now may 2025 I've receieved to mannequin despite them saying they've already sent one out yet never gave any information or tracking details its now got to the stage I still haven't received my refund for their screw up of not delivering my mannequin so I'm not able to buy one from somewhere else, useless brand and full of scammers. Never felt so disappointed in singer but I will never order feom them again, I'm still waiting for my refund after I told them a month ago I wanted a refund as they were screwing me over for 6 months.

Good service

I needed to buy a new sewing machine . As a beginner I wasn’t sure. I narrowed my choices to 3 machines and with Connor’s help from the online chat team, I finally chose the Singer Quantum Stylist 9960. The person who attended to me was professional, detailed, very patient and helpful. Exceeded my expectation. Answered all my myriad of questions about Needles, Bobbin, scissors, cutting mat etc and sorted a cart that made my checkout easy. I am a happy satisfied customer and will be back for more items.

Terrible customer services and delivery time is a joke

Delivery was good

I have been in touch several times for a delivery date for my Singer Heavy Duty machine and have had no response whatsoever from customer services. So it is very annoying that you keep sending me e-mails for other offers and asking me how I like my new purchase as well as competitions. I realise that it is all automated, but obviously the system needs improving as I have yet to recieve the order I have paid for and no one seems willing to give me an estimated delivery date.

Ordered the machine. Never came or even received a receipt. Spoke to 2 different people who promised the receipt and delivery. Now they are not responding to phone calls or emails.
Giving 1 star is even too much

I ordered a Singer sewing machine from Singer Outlet for a birthday present, based on the good reviews here. I wish I hadn't because the service to date has been awful. I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the machine was showing as in stock at the point of placing the order. A week later, having been told daily it was being sent out that day, it still hasn't been handed over to the courier. I have to assume that the company is selling stock they don't have, and then trying to source it post-sale. Lesson learned, go to trusted companies that care about their customers, such as John Lewis.

Although it took a while to arrive, due to a number of issues, the item is brilliant.

I was unsure which machine was best for me , all my questions were answered and I bought a machine which is just what I wanted . Delivery was when I was advised and good communication regarding delivery .
Price was unbeatable and extras were given including a 13 year warranty .
A friendly , helpful, reliable company , would highly recommend.
