Problem solving

It was the problem solving of "make my trip" when I had an issue with the ticket that switched me from an angry client to a loyal client. They dealt with it professionally and solved the issue promptly. I'm impressed with Skyscanner and third parties like "make my trip". Excellent service

Delayed flight, no refund, nothing!

Skyscanner itself was okay, but their third-party provider mytickets.ae was a nightmare (ref: QEBYOFSZ). My LA–DXB flight was delayed by one day and I was notified just 3-4 hours before the flight. I cancelled and requested a refund (they offered this option since the delay is from their airline) almost a month later , still nothing. Endless follow-ups, no results. They kept saying that they have no intentions to cheat and that they are a third party only. Hello, I had a horrible experiece that day, not to mentioned i have to book a whole new flight just to get home. Lesson learned: book directly with airlines

I did not receive my E-ticket

I did not receive my E-ticket. I have to physically obtain it at the airline. The overall booking experience was a nightmare.

Once you have found what you're looking for, you are always redirected to your chosen airline or travel agent's website where you make your booking directly. As a result of this, Skyscanner has no access or control over your booking and your travel provider will be best placed to assist you.

To support you the best that we can, I have contacted you directly and we will review this experience with your booking provider, FlightNetwork. I'll ask them to investigate why you didn't receive your e-ticket and to address this experience.

Dear Flight Network Support Team,

Dear Flight Network Support Team,

I am following up on an overcharge on my credit card. I contacted customer service the same day and was promised a review, but received no update.

When I contacted support again, I was told the charge came from my bank; however, my bank confirmed they did not make this charge.

I have screenshots as evidence and request an urgent review and resolution.
